The property has traditional French charm. The room we had was spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a real treat with fresh bakery producta and good coffee. The host was really nice and friendly too. A true gem in accommodation!

Welcoming host, beautiful remote location. So incredibly quiet and still at night.
We ate our picnic dinner in a grassy courtyard area with a chicken, 2 cats and atmospheric sun going down.

A glorious stop off cycling London to Paris on the Avenue Verte, booked as the properties more local to the AV were sold out, but wow what a stunning alternative.
Beware cyclists, though - it was an incredibly hilly ascent to this property!

The accommodation is privately owned and run by the owners. The room was very spacious the beds very comfy. The lady owner made us very welcome and the breakfast was all local produce and very good.

Location close to Giverny (Monet's house & gardens) was PERFECT! The swimming pool was very relaxing after having spent a hot day outside. Lots of lounge chairs around the pool. Spacious room with nice bathroom and separate toilet. Sitting area in room. Very good beds. Lovely 3-course dinner (at 25 eur pp!) prepared by the hostess and served on the terrace outside at a large table for all the guests. Very enjoyable! Good wine and coffee too! Good breakfast included in the room rate. The hostess goes out of her way to accomodate the guests. Chapeau for her work!

Lovely little cottage, that is actually more spacious than it looks as it has been extended at the back. It has been renovated to a high standard. It is in a very quiet village, right next to the church, so it is really relaxing. There is a good- sized garden, too. The owner, Phillipe, is lovely and he showed us around. There are no services in the village but there are nearby villages and the town of Vernon has everything that you need. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, with big views of farmland, and there are also forests nearby, plus the River Seine. We really enjoyed our stay there!
