We wished we had more than one night there. The room was very spacious and we could use the waiting area with a fireplace. They had a fire going for us when we came back from dinner. The breakfast room had a great view of the outside and breakfast had lots of choices..

The location is perfect, easy walk to all of the town restaurants and a 2 min drive to the main cave site. There is a lovely little stream in the back with plenty of seating set up to enjoy a beverage/food. And the limestone cliffs make a beautiful backdrop.

The personal attention from the owners and the evident acts that this is a labor of love. The location was a great homebase for continuing my exploration of prehistoric cave art, and enjoying the Dordogne river valley. I also enjoyed dinner there my first of two nights… it was better than dining at Nosco the 2nd night (in the same town), but not as wonderful as dining at L’Esplanade in Domme the 2 nights before I came to this property.

Beautiful location next to a babbling brook, beautiful building and rooms, great location, city is walkable and they were very kind and allowed me to keep my car in the lot a little longer after check out. The staff was friendly, kind, very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and beautiful to eat next to the river and they used such cute wooden breakfast trays to hold our breakfast on.
