Breakfast was excellent and the host served it at 7 for us as we had an early flight and a long day ahead. Much appreciated. Spacious, clean accommodation. You can walk to a terrific takeaway pizza place in 5 mins.

There wasn’t variety of breakfast, everyday same breakfast. No hot water for 2nights, had to go to bed without a wash. It wasn’t very pleasant. Would have been better to have hot breakfast.

The room was lovely as bit of a tight squeeze in the bathroom but just adequate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast had great choice but they need a new toaster! The location was perfect for me as I have a disability and needed to be within easy reach of the Domain. I have stayed here before and love this hotel.
