The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. The view out to see was stunningly beautiful. Breakfast was comprehensive with the option to eat outside overlooking the sea.
Ideally located on the right bank, close to Palavas-les-Flots's casino and port. Hotel Le Petit Baigneur Palavas Plage is just 10 km from Montpellier Train Station and 50 metres from the beach.

Due to owners awaiting permits, the café area not yet open, so they brought breakfast (good) to our room. Very thoughtful! The new owners Fabrice and Celine just took over a few weeks before we arrived. Very nice young people, giving great effort. They spent weeks cleaning and fixing up the rooms.
The room was immaculate, all new fixtures and a perfect bed and shower. Very close to multiple Restaurants and quiet nonetheless. Help getting our panniers off the bikes and to the room, and perfect secure bike storage.

Palavas is a gentile, safe and walkable town, with obvious attractions of beaches, restaurants and gift shops. I think the tourist information centre could improve promoting the various attractions of the town: walks, correct opening times of amenities and, the water tower itself.

Loved this little town by the beach which turned out to have everything we needed for a beach vacation, even several locations for jet ski rentals. The public beaches have fine clean sand, the only issue is that they don't have chairs or parasols. There are private beaches that provide that as well as food and drinks, but we ended up buying a parasol for less than the price of a single entry fee. As in most every French town, the food was generally excellent but there were a couple of mediocre restaurants, check the individual ratings before you go in. And the best part: everything we wanted within walking distance.

Nice beaches, didn’t really spend time in the town, but walked there in the evening, about 25 minutes from the hotel. Nice stroll, walked around the marina, crossed the water to other side of port via small chair lift which was fun. The town itself looked pretty crowded from there. Stopped at a beach ‘shack’ on the way back, had cocktails & tapas on the beach- lovely !

2nd time here as a dog friendly place to stop with lovely sea views from a comfortable room. Pay to park in the car park at the top of the road and you can move the car anywhere in the town with no additional charge. At certain times barrier opens to allow you to park on street in front of hotel. Two minute walk to river and shops etc..
A first rate hotel but newly opened and the little things were missing. We were greeted and presented with a drink on arrival - nice touch.
Very friendly staff and the restaurant served excellent food at a very reasonable price.
But there are teething problems
Rooms are nice, location of the hotel is 1min walk to the beach, free parking on the premises. Receptionist was super helpful and friendly, shops and restaurants are in the walking distance. Beach on the work days is not crowded so that is excellent.
