The whole stay was amazing, especially Samantha the lady checking us in. She has been so helpful right from the start, a lovely lady.

The hotel as a whole is very tastefully refurbished. Loved the quirky décor in our bedroom, which embraced the horse racing theme from Haydock Racecourse. The accommodation was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, efficient extremely helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and well set out.

All the staff were very friendly and ensured all our needs were catered for. The hotel has modern decor and all areas were cleaned to a high standard. A good selection of high quality and very tasty locally sourced food . The free parking was very much appreciated and will definitely stay again when in the area.
