No breakfast option available, in fact the public house was closed and keys to the rooms were issued by a cleaner once you phoned her to come to the hotel.
There was no mention the establishment was closed when i made the booking.

The staff were funny and friendly polite and not too serious which was nice. This is the main reason I didn't go and express my disappointment with the radiator and other issues

The reception staff were impolite during both check-in and check-out. When I requested an invoice with an address, the staff looked visibly annoyed.
To reach the elevator, you have to walk up 4–5 steps, and the distance to the room feels very very long. The bathroom and bed were comfortable, but there was a disgusting coffee stain on the carpet.
On the positive side, the breakfast was good. Good location and convenient to walk to the train station.
