We stayed in a family room.Price was good. The room was clean with a decent sized, nice double bed but single beds were not comfortable, view from room was nice. Great service ,nice staff at check-in-desk, very good car parking facility, A/C was not working All night, next day we checked out before 11am also there are NO phones available to call room service. The hotel was very convenient, being at the foot of the slip road from the motorway and adjacent to a number of food and amenity shops in the service area. The staff was very helpful, Gym was open as pandemic was over. Also had good take away service near by. The taxi service is cheap, used it all the time. I visited the Calypso Restaurant on the Wharf, which was great and and the music was very good.Guest review byJenniferUnited Kingdom
