Nice hotel but bed was very uncomfortable and we kept slipping down the centre of it.

Set in Clydebank, 10 km from Glasgow Botanic Gardens, Hardgate House Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a bar.

New modern rooms. Had everything you need for a good night's rest. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. (Hairdryer etc available on request from very friendly staff) No fridge in the room which would be ideal in summer months or just to keep fresh milk for tea etc) A very lovely cafe immediately opposite which was high quality and fairly priced along with a Tesco, newsagents, Italian restaurant, .& takeaway shop, all conveniently located. If I were to make only one critism it would be to suggest Black Out blinds for the room

Situated in Paisley, 10 km from House for an Art Lover, My Motel Glasgow Airport features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk.

Nice room, big comfy bed.Coffee, tea etc.Tv fine.Good wi fi.Downside I didn't like shower area as water just stayed on the floor in bathroom even wet after a day out so take flip flops.Heating never came on asked staff member with the football hat on which to me is a no no and just shrugged.Bring earplugs as you can hear people next door especially when their bawling at each other at 3.45 am with a kid in tow.

Just a short walk from Glasgow Airport Terminal Building, this Holiday Inn Express has a 24-hour front desk and on-site parking. The hotel is just off the M8 motorway.

I've used Holiday Inn Expresses for years and they never disappoint. This hotel is so ideally placed for the airport. It's a five minute walk from the terminal building. The staff here were really friendly which is maybe surprising in a hotel with such a high turnover of one night guests. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I could have spent all day in the shower. The bathroom and bedroom and linen were all spotless. The breakfast buffet was very good too.

All very clean, good facilities and easy access to the airport (once we were told the correct pedestrian route to get there). We had a meal in the restaurant that was very nice too.

Lovely small village in banks of river Clyde.

Lovely small village in banks of river Clyde. It is a great location for accessing the south lochs and trossachs . There is also a train station at bowling to travel into Glasgow easily. Luss village is not far away which is the prettiest village in all of Scotland. Tons to see and do

Really amazing place, stunning building, historic and right by the boats on a lock. Great take away close by but kitchen was superb, decor really well thought out, great common lounge and kitchen area, great breakfast food left. Was a fantasic find. Recommend to all but for us whom are both over 55 years old it was luxury at a great price.

It was a pleasant location and all the facilities were there for a self catering location but you have to be able to access your e-mail for information to gain access to the property when you get there ( you need a mobile phone )

The hotel is the old customs house for Bowling Harbour (...

The hotel is the old customs house for Bowling Harbour (hence the name) which is the start/end of the Forth & Clyde canal, so if you enjoy local history there is plenty to keep you entertained, but if you are looking for tons of shopping and night life I suggest Glasgow city center, if you are looking for relaxed comfort this is for you. The hotel is in somewhat of a quirky location, but do not let this dissuade you, that is part of the charm of the building and surroundings

Bowling is on the train line, so it is handy to travel into Glagow from there, alternatively you could cycle or walk on the cycle trail. There is bicycle hire shop in Bowling, as well as a lovely cafe next door. Although the only pub in Bowling does not serve food, they offered to arrange a take away delivery for us. People in the pub were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely go back
