New, clean, comfortable rooms. Really good beds. Small but well thought out bathroom with excellent shower. In close proximity to Bromley High Street, the Glades. Bromley North station is a 5-10min walk away for the train to London Victoria (15min ride). Would even say that Brama is a good alternative for a central London hotel; better value and more authentic in a nice London Borough.
Set in 2 acres of landscaped gardens, the Bromley Court Hotel is just 10 miles south-east of central London. Free WiFi throughout and free on-site parking are available.

A welcome respite for a failed air BNB fiasco.
The grounds are beautiful and the staff is excellent! My room, while small, was very clean and comfortable. Loved it!

liked the beds comfy pillows.
Size of the room disappointing had to sit sideways on toilet to fit in the space.
No dressing table space overtaken by tea tray and kettle.
Could do with shelving unit underneath tv.

I was visiting from the south coast for a funeral so unable to comment on Bromley itself.
I ate at the Carvery but there was a close local supermarket.
My taxi service to the funeral was excellent ( Canon CARS).

It was a nice hotel to stay and get ready for my wedding.
It was a nice hotel to stay and get ready for my wedding. The make-up lady was able to come to the room and ensure I was looking great. The hotel staff ensured that all guests were welcomed and we were able to take pictures around the hotel before leaving for the wedding.

Had the accessible room which is brilliant.
Had the accessible room which is brilliant. The only thing I would suggest if the internal doors to the rooms and the restaurant were made automatic for disabled users, the ramp to the main door needs to be more accessible as opposed to through the car park and the external door to the hotel to be made automatic and the ramp access improved, please. Other than that, I enjoy staying at the Toby Carvery when I travel from Derby for the soul town weekend music festival.

The hotel is located in a good spot and has a lovely atmosphere, garden and dining area. The rooms are not huge but adequate. There is a bar restaurant and a fair amount of car parking spaces and a few on the residential side road if necessary. The breakfast buffet is £11 September 2024. Unfortunately the sauna has not been working on my last two visits which is one of the reasons I choose this hotel so it has been disappointing each time. The gym has been upgraded and is a plus. Bromley shopping. centre is a five minute bus ride away.

Unfortunately really bad! Unclean, and poorly maintained.
Unfortunately really bad! Unclean, and poorly maintained. I didn't even want to walk round in my socks!
The carpet was stained, looked years old and dirty. There was a matt in the bathroom that was obviously left down rom the previous guests. I moved a bedside cabinet to plug in my phone charger and didn't want to put my hand down there!
Thought I would switch on the TV, but there was no reception. I tried connecting it to the internet and it wouldn't work. I moved it away from the wall to discover there was no input at all, not even an aerial lead. It also looked like it hadn't been dusted for years, disgusting!
There was an unfinished repair to a wall, the desk chair looked like it came out of a skip and I'm convinced the smoke alarm wasn't working, it was covered in paint and the light didn't come one at all.
There was no evacuation notice in the room either.
The bathroom sink cabinet drawer nearly fell out onto my feet and the shower was broken. There was more water running down the wall than out of the shower head!
The extractor fan was not working either.
There is NO restaurant even though it is advertised, no breakfast and not even a kettle in the room.
Just not good, the room was worth about £30, not the £80 I paid!

My adult daughter and I stayed for 2 nights for a family party locally. We were very lucky that we were given one of the refurbished rooms. It was really nice, very comfortable and so quiet which was a surprise given its location. Most of the staff were very friendly. Carvery dinner was nice and very good value.
Parking was free for our two day visit which was excellent. The train station was 2 mins from hotel where we got a direct train into London which took 1/2 hour, really good.
The hotel was situated right next to bromley shopping centre so its the perfect centralised location for a little weekend shopping especially those who need a base for children or elderly parents.
My room was large and spacious with enough charging and powerpoints. The free wifi is adequate for browsing and emails maybe not for streaming. The area was quite peaceful at night so no noises .
