Loved the hot tub, lovely and clean and ready for us on arrival. Prosecco and chocolates were a nice welcome.

On arrival we were met by Harry who took us to reception and was greeted by friendly staff. Harry then took us to our room and advised us on the facility's . He then very kindly helped bring our cases from the car park. The staff have been exceptional. We had an evening event arranged for our family and all went very well with good service etc throughout. The food was excellent with all our meals. Thank you all for a lovely weekend.

Breakfast plus Our room had no tv signal. Was rectified by giving us another room with better signal
Awful place to get into and find in the area of Cadnam!
Awful place to get into and find in the area of Cadnam!
Would never stay again after the awful experience of trying to find the place! Obtaining the key from security boxes, Toni not answering her phone even though she knew I was struggling!
The front door key wouldn’t release from the lock!
Massive Deflection from the owners when I emailed them! No Accountability for their errors!

Cadnam is a good base for exploring the New Forest.
Cadnam is a good base for exploring the New Forest. Ideally you need motorised transport or a bicycle to see the Forest in its entirity. We took our dogs. There were local walks in the Forest that were walking distance from our accommodation. The village has a shop and pubs that serve food.

Easy to get to, near M27.
Easy to get to, near M27. Some nice country side near by and easy road access to the rest of the area though always long tail backs into Lyndhurst Via A337. A number of goodpubs/places to eat but not much else. It is on the New forest Hop on hop off tourist bus route.
Not ideal for cycle access to the new forest.

We liked the location right in the New Forest.
We liked the location right in the New Forest. We could ride our bikes from the property and be in the wonderful countryside straight away. There were places to visit in the vicinity but we rode our bikes for 2 days running. It is fantastic for cycling and there are lots of places to stop and have a picnic such as by a stream or amongst the trees. Ponies and cows are everywhere just wandering around. We also came across groups of free ranging pigs which was lovely to see.

Staying in the private grounds of the Cadnam estate was wonderful - the gardens and facilities were great ( especially the tennis court ), and seeing all the wild animals every day ( especially the deer ) was so special. The accommodation is well presented, and the welcoming fruit bowl on arrival was a very nice touch!
Gorgeous family run boutique hotel hidden in a quiet little spot not far from Southampton on the edge of the New Forest. Room was spotlessly clean, hosts friendly, and bed extremely comfortable. Could not have asked for more.
This was a fabulous little hotel. Excellent room and very clean. Bed was super comfortable. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and made my stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
