Debby is an amazing host, and she really took care of everything we needed. She responds very fast and is so polite. She also always checks up on you, which is very nice. The house is in a good location. It's a small but very cute apartment. It had all the basic essentials we needed. Great place for a 4-person vacation.

I need urgently contact with Booking.com. I was shocked to see that on the same day while I was in plain. I got a late message that my reservation via you was declined. I have paid via internet banking. It was a very bad experience. They cleaned the room from garbage in front of me ... :( said no room, but we can make ... the women said that she wanted to marry me. I run away ! I called my son in Birmingham, who said to come to his house. So I was frozen and terribly traumatised what i experienced. Please reimburse me! I need that money back. I'm very surprised and shocked that Booking.com can have such accommodation... pls answer me at galjus@gmail.com Thank you for understanding. My room was spotless. The air conditioning worked very well, and I was able to have Wi-fi instantly. My room attendant was accommodating, checking to see that the beds were to my liking and that I had sufficient amenities. I have stayed at this hotel many times, as the location is excellent. East Croydon station is handy, and the bus service is always available.

It’s a vintage place, very quite even though the ground floor is a bar. Yet the people there are quite and friendly. The place felt like a grandma place, its comfy, warm and quite. Staff is very friendly and polite, and the guy who cleans the room is a great honest dude.

Central heating is really strong, the room is nice and warm, no damp issue at all. Reliable Wi-Fi connections. Clean bedding and towels. They have everything you will need: iron, hairdryer, fridge & freezer, microwave, kettle, all in perfect working order. High quality toilet paper, even kitchen rolls supplied. Love the size of the bin they supplied! There is a shared washing machine in the hallway that is super handy for longer stay. You can leave luggages with the assistant for extra hours after checking out, amazing service!
