This was a very good detour from the coast to Coast trail. It was like a tiny house. Richard was very welcoming and had a lot of information about the surrounding trails and shortcut back to the coast to coast. An fyi, if you're a coast to coaster, you can order pizza delivery from nearby stokesley and the owners will keep the gate open for the delivery Guy. They also had an honesty box with a couple of snacks.

Staff were really welcoming and our room was very clean and comfortable. The main corridors and stairs needed a refurb but there were notices saying light decoration was on going. Good location with free parking which was a great bonus. Stokesley was a really nice village/ town.
