Keys were left in the property. The cottage we stayed in was lovely and had everything we needed. The little lakes are lovely and it was very peaceful

The staff were efficient and knowledgeble and very helpful. A*** The breakfasts were good and again such lovely staff The location was handy and easy to get to any location in the area. The bathrooms were clean and the water temperature stayed what you set it.

Staff very helpful with my needs as currently on crutches, arranged bedroom close to reception & helped up with bag etc.. Spacious room, close to all amenities, shops & restaurants. Breakfast always exceptionally cooked as I like.

SPORTS TV in the lounge area, bar staff were pleasant. Check-in staff were neutral - but I guess they have to manage disgruntled guests who don't like the parking rip-off like me all the time....
