Lovely hotel, warm and clean. Great choice for breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant was amazing and with all locally produced food. Only disappointing thing was to have to pay £15 each for 'spa' which essentially was sauna and steam room. Felt this should have been included like the pool, as it didn't really live up to a 'spa' experience.

The breakfast included a self serve part, and a selection from a menu. All this was included in the room charge.

We loved the old roadside inn that had everything we needed-room with a view, pub, dinner, lovely staff and service!

The view from the glamping chalets over the Sound of Mull is delightful. You can sit on your terrace, or within the sliding doors, and look out on the ferries plying back and forth across the channel with the mountains rising behind.

Arle Lodge is a small family-run property located on the stunning Isle of Mull on the West Coast of Scotland. Some of the twin and family rooms feature views.
The spa hotel is a gorgeous place to stay. Craignure has beautiful nature whilst also being close to the ferry terminal. A wonderful relaxing and restorative place to stay especially after a day exploring Mull, Iona and Staffa.

Eat here - but not in the bar. Dogs welcome.
Eat here - but not in the bar. Dogs welcome. Do not stay overnight - it's filthy. If you like drunks swearing their heads off in the bar and leaving their barking dog in the garden outside your room until 1:10 am you'll love it.

Very handy for the ferry terminal - we enjoyed watching the boats from our bedroom window. Lovely Inn with friendly staff and good food. It was very busy both nights we were there with both locals and visitors which is wonderful to seeas so many places are closing. Lovely location for exploring the island.

Great location for exploring the island.
Great location for exploring the island. Island is very scenic. Ferry service was very good. Roads are mostly single track with passing places. So allow more time for journeys to Tobermory etc. cafes, restaurants etc are struggling to get staff at present. So this can affect service levels a bit.

Craignure was a great location for us--centrally located to be able to drive up to Tobermory one day, and visit Iona the next.
The Inn had good breakfasts and dinners and easy-going hospitable hosts.

Facilities were good and staff were excellent. The food was generally good and well presented. Lots of space, bars, lounges etc as well as the spa/ pool (which we didn’t have time to use) and the dining area was spacious and felt uncrowned even when lots of people were there.
Quick and acceptable response from hotel staff ? Duty maitre d’? when I mentioned a problem with one main course.
Fantastic location literally minutes from the ferry at Craignure and in lovely grounds.
There was no additional fee for bringing a dog which is very welcome after recently getting charged up to £30 per night for a dog at some hotels.
The bedlinen was clean.
The food was generally of good quality and good helpings.
We read the reviews on Booking.com before booking and thought "it can't be as bad as that" but we were mistaken.
If you are stuck for one night and have nowhere else to go then try it. It's not suitable for an extended stay.
The staff at this hotel were so so helpful and friendly, we would happily stay here again. The hotel location is great as well, close to the Craignure ferry wharf and a beautiful view over Craignure Bay.
