United KingdomThe comfort of the apartment, the quietness and the parking right outside the door was ideal. We also found that it took only a few minutes to be sat outside on a glorious sunny evening at The George gastro pub down by the bridge and right on the river... wonderful. The welcome pack left for us was so considerate, including some drinks in the fridge: they really look after their guests. If we happened to be back in the area for any reason we would not hesitate to check The Snug out first.

Lovely location, we had beautiful weather during our stay. The lodge was very comfortable for the 6 of us. When we arrived there was a fresh loaf of bread, a cake, milk and some jams which were very much appreciated by us all! The hot tub was an extra bit of luxury, very relaxing break. Loved everything about it. Staff so friendly and helpful and loved the little touches such as the homemade cake and bread that was left upon our arrival. Lodge was spotless and quiet.
