The room was clean and warm, with all the necessary facilities, and the bed was comfortable. Despite being over a busy pub there was no noise. The large cooked breakfast was delicious. Although no dedicated parking, it was easy to find a convenient on-street parking place.

The rooms were larger than expected, very clean and pleasant to stay in with friendly staff who were very accommodating making sure we were comfortable. There was adequate sound proofing that helped mitigate the sounds of downstairs and outside. Very much liked how I was able to book a room on the same day within a couple of hours of our arrival.

It was cozy and had everything required for a short stay. The property was spotlessly clean with new bathrooms and top quality towels etc. It was lovely and warm and very quiet. Quick walk from the high street and shops

The staff were all friendly and polite and there was ample free parking. The room had its own separate entrance which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable and warm. A good cooked breakfast with a choice of juice and cereals was also included with the price for room. The location is ideal for accessing various beautiful stretches of the coastline.

Pipes are very noisy so distibed us most of the night and radiator did not heat up properly. We had to leave a plug in heater on over night just for some warm. Rooms are very dated. Bedding had alot of dust and some dirt sitting on the top of the cover. Windows are single glazed and did not close properly so the heat that was in the room was not kept in the room. Also made it very noisy from outside noise.
