There was no hot water in the evening which meant we couldn't shower. Going to a party so very annoying. Very old boiler apparently. Not quite what I was expecting for 70.00 a night. Staff tried to sort and refunded 20.00. Other than that. It was okay.

Did you think I'm stupid. I have been complaining about you . You hang up three times and you don't care. I have been outside the door number 10 for hours . I Didn't stay in the room. It was getting late. How dare you!! I had to find another hotel. I want my money refund £80 or report and police. There's no reception and don't like that place never again. I'm going tell people what kind of your hotel do not trust.

I always love staying in Dudley, ideally situated for many attractions in The West Midlands, good rail connections, and close to Birmingham and East Midland Airports. Plenty of great pubs selling real ales, great restaurants and takeaways on the doorstep.

A sad, neglected, run down town.
A sad, neglected, run down town. It should have a lot going for it - eg Norman castle and the Black Country museum on the door step - but it is an example of all that can go wrong with town planning.

The place is in poor condition.
The place is in poor condition. Weeds predominate on streets, rubbish everywhere, whilst the Black Country Museum is excellent, but entry fee is expensive. Zoo and Castle excellent. Work going on to improve the place, by the new tram lines and the Duncan Edwards Leisure Centre. Sadly the statue of Duncan in Castle Street is suffering from some vandalism with damage to the flagged area and a lot of bird droppings that don't appear to have been cleaned in recent times. Not how I'd remember a heroic son of Dudley.

I just love Dudley.
I just love Dudley. Great location for my needs at various weekends throughout the year. Has some great sites right on the doorstep as well as in Dudley too. A great multi-cultural town, with a great choice of cuisine from around the world, the choice of food in the UK, sure has got a whole lot better in the last 25 years, and showcased here in Dudley.

Didn't like anything it was our anniversary and website showed an amazing hotel but when we got there it was totally different our room was filthy and bed broken spiders in room everywhere bedding was stained and not made it ruined our night no sleep and backs are in agony. There are other 3 star hotels In better condition which we wish we had gone to now it's not worth the money I won't be staying in there again.

NOTHING. Avoid at all costs. I LEFT and went to another hotel because it became difficult to breathe. The Station Hotel is nearby and far better than this place with bigger rooms, a real reception, and a restaurant. And most importantly no mold. I feel so bad for the people who seem to be living in the rest of the building likely having similar poor conditions. I can’t find the photos I took of the disgusting shower and other moldy areas.
