We stayed in a Glamping Pod at the Stonehenge Inn and found it a very comfortable and private accommodation. Our bed was extremely comfortable with luxuriously warm bedding. The pod also had a small heater which kept us perfectly warm in spite of the cold temperatures outside. Each pod has a picnic table and umbrella outside its door and there was a wash station/bathroom building nearby which was heated and contained showers, sinks, toilets and even a washer/dryer. We also really enjoyed walking over the fields to Stonehenge during a lovely evening.
One of the closest inns to the World Heritage Site of Stonehenge, the Stonehenge Inn & Shepherd Huts has a great value 2 for £25 restaurant and a garden area.
