The Staff were very friendly, informative and helpful. They realised that being elderly we would find stairs difficult, carried our luggage and gave us a room that was easier for us to get to.

Room was upgraded as we required a bath for my wife. The staff at check-in were very helpful and was close to where we needed to be for visiting family.
