Room was upgraded as we required a bath for my wife. The staff at check-in were very helpful and was close to where we needed to be for visiting family.

We liked everything about the hotel, it was comfortable, clean and quiet despite the nearby road. The staff were friendly and helpful. A continental breakfast was included in the price which was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay again

    Not being a driver public transport was good for getting to different locations good for solo travellers major city a bos ride away would visit again river cruise was very good and hop on hop off bus is a great way to explore the city of Bristol
