Set in 1100 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside, this AA 4-star hotel has excellent leisure facilities and luxury rooms with stunning views of the 2 championship golf courses.

The hotel is very clean with very good sized rooms and bathrooms. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the cocktail hour and the views from the bar/restaurant area. We were pleased to be able to book an accessible room with a wet room bathroom for those of us traveling with access issues.

Nice hotel and both the meals we had (dinner & breakfast) were very tasty and well presented so met our expectations. Room was very comfortable and the decoration of the whole hotel was very nice and to our own taste.

Twyford Farm B&B, a property with a garden, a tennis court and a terrace, is situated in Haywards Heath, 21 km from Hever Castle, 29 km from Glyndebourne Opera House, as well as 32 km from AMEX...

The people were very friendly and helpful, even helping us out with some wedding decoration storage! The location is wonderful, really peaceful. The only noise my husband heard was a conversation between three owls in different trees around the farm! Everything is lovely and clean, the rooms are tranquil and spacious and the breakfast is wonderful. Five stars all round.

Staff were outstanding. Everybody we passed, regardless of role were so welcoming and friendly. Highlights were the receptionist, bar and restaurant staff. Marc, Rob and Vlad made us feel really welcome, a pleasure to be around such professionals with a personal touch. Food quality was excellent. The grounds were stunning. Building was very well maintained

Overly priced - underwhelming. staff at dinner not very attentive. Staff at check in who showed room were not overly helpful when I told them I hadn’t got the room I had paid for. Finally after some shrugging and discussion “they can have this room” we were moved. Not really much difference so not worthy any extra money. Sat with our empty dinner plates for at least 45 minutes after we had finished. We’re not asked about dessert. Didn’t sIt any longer and left the table with our drinks to take up to our room. Not a great way to spend my birthday. We spent the next night up in runnymed at a hotel with swimming pool for less money. Think this hotel is way overpriced. Sorry

We were looking for a quiet village setting with a bubbly atmosphere which had excellent food, a great selection of complimentary wines and other drinks. The efficient and well trained staff were sufficiently attentive without being overbearing. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon, a delicious meal and a relaxing and tasty breakfast the following morning on the terrace. The Griffin produced exactly as we expected.

Pretty setting - lovely large gardens - excellent food - helpful staff - standard double but very tiny Plumbing in bathroom required a certain knack, which was never explained before problems occurred. We used The Griffin for one night, which was ideal. Additional nights in our standard double would not have been satisfactory, as it was so small.

stayed here for our night before travelling to Thailand from Gatwick. We love a traditional inn serving good food and this will not disappoint. Ideal for Gatwick as a alternative to the generic airport hotels only took us 25 minutes to Gatwick in the morning traffic . A visit to this venue is a must if you love really good food and exceptional service
