The third time I have booked a stay of several days while on business / work trips to Sheffield; at this hotel; my previous two occasions being as the more cheaper, less classy, rough edges 'Sheffield Metropolitan Hotel'-now rebought / rebranded and more expensive as the 'Best Western'. The staff remain very helpful, professional; the location is excellent for Sheffield. The rooms have a good size, although an extra chair for a visiting guest would be more comfortable. The breakfast quality, if not the actual varieties, has improved to some degree. There is a cleaner, fresher presentation on each floor. Being able to leave my luggage after checkout for a time is an appreciated feature at the hotel, supported by the caring staff.
