Built in 1857, this guest house started life as a Royal Bank of Scotland building.

Great location, right on the High St. Was once the Royal Bank of Scotland. Characterful and beautiful architecture, high ceilings and original features inside

Great breakfast served in style in the room, with good choices from full English to meat and cheese, pastries, fruit all of which we had a chance to try and all were good. Location was also very quiet with a nice view.

Hawick has a lot to offer.

Hawick has a lot to offer. Home of Cashmere and tweed there is also a distillery and award winning park. Plenty of places to eat that are highly rated. The wider area offers lots of opportunities for walking, cycling and visiting abbey's, castles and stately homes. Give it a try..

    Hawick is a lovely town.

Hawick is a lovely town. Interesting architecture - old mills, buildings etc. 1880s onwards. Have a town trail. Lots of places to eat & drink. Lovely park. People friendly. Liked the Queens Head friendly staff - dogs welcome. Ate in Brodies - again dogs welcome. We walked to/from our hotel no problem.

Hawick is my home town, though I had been away for many years. It's a wonderful Scottish Borders town. The pubs are great and the places to eat in town are plentiful and good. The parks and open spaces are excellent for walking/cycling. The people of Hawick are great....wonderful humour and very welcoming.

A wonderful town with so much history and things and places to see. Hawick is very hilly but okay to get around if you take your time as I did. We ate in the Locanda Romana restaurant, it was wonderful. The host/owner was very friendly and food very tasty.

    This apartment is all luxury.

This apartment is all luxury. It was such a pleasure to stay in. Very comfortable beds, ours even with a pop up TV in it. All the appliances were new and amazing. There was a basket of treats for us to use as well. I wished we’d booked to stay for longer than just one night.

The flat is literally in the centre of Hawick with everything the town has to offer within walking distance. It is spacious, spotless and has all of the utensils/white goods you could need except for a freezer drawer in the fridge. Hawick is well serviced with supermarkets, there are plenty of local landmarks and walking routes and the Heart of Hawick apartment is a great base from which to explore the historic Scottish borders. Unfortunately there wasn't a rugby match on when we were there.

Lovely hotel with lovely decor and furniture. Breakfast was amazing and plenty to choose from on the table in the room. Bedroom was in the basement but that was fine and we had a lovely room and we especially liked the bathroom. Location was great, just outside Hawick but very easy to get there and parking was free.

Lovely hotel and location. Everyone most helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to provide us with very good meals ( one veggie) following a late in the day arrival.
