Sherbourne House is a privately run Georgian country house hotel located in the small market town of Attleborough, which offers an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation for all our guests.

There were spotlights outside of my window which lit the room all night. There was noise from pipes every 15 minutes. There was noise from opening and closing of the front door at 1am. This meant I had very little sleep. There was no option for a cooked evening meal or breakfast. The room was clean and staff were friendly but I would not stay here again.

Set within the heart of Norfolk, the family-run Yaxham Mill consists of 6 en-suite double bedrooms located just a 2-minute drive from the A47.

The breakfast was yummy and beautifully cooked, paul made sure to cook it just how you want it. The location is very remote but beautiful. If you dont drive make sure you take some snacks with you for the evening. There is a nice Indian restaurant next door too. Everyone was very friendly and was extremely value for money! Loved it! Will be back.

45 km from Blickling Hall in Attleborough, Aldercarr Hall provides accommodation with access to a sauna, hot tub and indoor pool. It is located 46 km from The Apex and features a housekeeping service....

Arrival and departure was contactless with full clear instructions by email and a phone call from the owner prior to the travel date, although someone did come and speak in departure to see if we needed any help with luggage. Breakfast was self service and more than adequate for our needs. We will stay again if in that area.

A small village with a local history. A few shops but not sure about extent of goods or services on offer. Need a car to get here easily. Parking reasonable. Some buses go through it but timings not known. The White Hart is a great place to stay and/or eat.

A town with some lovely Georgian buildings in its market place and an interesting historical link to the New World! The White Hart hotel seems to be it's local hub for food, drink and accommodation and makes an ideal base to explore the area.

Hingham is a quiet little village in Norfolk near Attleborough. There is a beautiful church which is open to the public. White Hart is a lovely boutique hotel steeped in history with rustic beams. The food is excellent as is the atmosphere and service. There are lots of tourist attractions within no more than an hours drive including Norwich. The village itself has a chemist, butchers, bakers, fish & chip take away, minimart and post office.
