The room wasn’t clean, so I made my own bed and clean the bathroom. They didn’t have any staff so you had to do your room yourself if you wanted to stay at premises due to there was no staff and I did really feel sorry for the two guys that were on not fair on them at all so we decided to help them out and do our own room great price but don’t expect anything great

The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, walking along the canal is stunning, parking is easy and the separate entrance to the rooms was a bonus. The place was absolutely silent after 10pm, and the views out were lovely.

Thank you to all the staff. The room was very good, clean. The staff are very helpful, and the food was well cooked, with generous portions. Definitely recommend to anyone and would go back again. We couldn't fault anything.

Beautiful location next to an unused canal and very close to the estuary. The staff were extremely welcoming and the food delicious. There is a excellent outside seating area which would be lovely in the summer months. I would use this location again if in the area.
