Lann Dearg Studios enjoys a location in Invermoriston, 28 miles from Inverness Castle and 28 miles from Inverness Train Station.

Great place, very spacious and comfortable. Little things like a night light in the bathroom, Outlets with USB ports, and extras make the accommodation great. New carpet in the room, very clean. The host were very friendly.

The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful. The sitting area with the wooden stove was cozy. It was very quiet. And the hotel is ideally situated to explore the region. We would love to return again sometime.

The hole atmosphere puts off a comfy, loving, and hyper chill Vibes. The stuff we're out of this world. The managers Jay and Noelig operate the Lochside Hostel with the utmost professionalism that I had ever seen. The rest of the staff were stupendous, Gorgie, Kay, Thor, Sam, Tara, Ojivia, Liz, Emy, Leah, Dimas, Nico, Isaac, Peter and Nessie to name a few, they were so friendly and willing to help answer any question i had, and they kept the premises surgically cleaned, my room was so clean, it was shiny. The location is awesome for backpacking. And there was always very engaging nightly entertainment In short, Lake Monster Vibes

Foyers Roost in Foyers provides adults only accommodations with a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace.

The only thing I liked was the cat that came into the room as soon as we opened the window, which ironically they want to keep out with a sign warning about it.

Lots of interesting things even though it was onky a small village. Loved our stay at Craig na Dav, a lovely B&B. Would highly recommend it. Comfortable accommodation with a great choice of breakfast. The sisters who run the place were really nice and made us so welcome,

I was slightly put off by the owner message that we had to arrive by a certain time for the key to be available. I think it was by 7 pm and it seemed as though she would not make exception for emergencies.

Invermoriston doesn't have anything in it, particularly, other than a nice coffee shop and one really, really good pub/restaurant (the only game in town, but it is luckily a good one). Is it really a "town," per se? Hard to tell. Sort of just a crossroads along driving/hiking routes. But it's very pretty!

Loved everything about it!! Wonderful hosts.

Loved everything about it!! Wonderful hosts. Really friendly, kind and helpful from booking through to the stay. Nothing too much trouble. The studio apartment we stayed in was absolutely spotless and well aired. Really comfy beds and sofa. Very well appointed / well supplied kitchen too (we picked up lovely food for our stay from a decent sized M&S foodhall a few miles away). Bathroom was great too. It's located in a brilliant spot and was perfect for our trip. I would recommend Lann Dearg to anyone. Would definitely book again if in the area, without hesitation. The best of it might actually have been the delight of hearing SO much birdsong!! Birds, like Bees seem to have declined a huge amount since my childhood (I'm 50 and based in England as a child and for the last 10 years) and this was just fantastic to hear. Saw a few birds on the lawn I've not seen for a very long time too. Just loved it. Oooh and the night sky!!

We loved everything about The Bridge Suite a real home from home. Everything was clean and tidy, there was everything provided that you needed (iron, fan, cleaning products, the list goes on)and a lovely welcome basket too. The bed was very comfy and if you open the window the sound of the stream is very soothing. This was our first time in Scotland and would highly recommend The Bridge Suite as a place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Nicky and Jayson were perfect hosts, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. We will be more than happy to stay on another occasion. The next door pub/restaurant/hotel only a stroll away meant we could have a drink/meal without needing the car. The location is excellent for touring the Highlands- Skye is just one hour away by car. The nearby Plodda falls is an absolute must also.

Hosts very welcoming. Very well equipped work space with one of the best views. Centrally located to access west highlands of Scotland. Studio has a nice layout of lounge and sleeping area. Kitchen well stocked for self catering. Set in a tranquil location on the Great Glen way, an access point a couple of metres away. Lovely woodland walks.

The breakfast was very good. We also had dinner in the restaurant in the evening. Best venison I've had for a long time and my son enjoyed his duck. We were walking the Great Glen Way and the hotel was perfectly situated and they catered well for walkers. Their own brand lager slipped down very nicely.

Loved the location and the nature surrounding the area. Really got some beautiful pictures of the park and the area. The town of Invermoriston is lovely to visit with plenty friendly shop keepers. Great location to travel from to Inverness, Isle of skye and Fort Augustus.
