Staff were lovely - especially the lady on reception. Rooms were decent sizes. Loved the lounge area upstairs with games for kids to play. Pool and spa facilities were fantastic. Loved the Fisher and Donaldson bakery stand. Genuinely think this place has huge potential and that they are just ironing out the creases after a refurb.

EVERYTHING! This was my third over-all visit and my second time in the "Queens room! The room is wonderful, ESPECIALLY the delicious claw-foot tub in the middle. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Because the room is away from the pub, it was wonderfully quiet, with a lovely view. Breakfast came with the room and was yummy AND filling. The staff this time went above and beyond. Falkland and the various stores in the area are just lovely.
