Everything! The lift to our floor wasn't working, so the lovely guy on reception gave us free parking to compensate!! What a lovely gesture, thank you 😊 The guys serving in the bar were so friendly and helpful. The room is fabulous, so clean and comfortable....and get this....they have tea and coffee making facilities in the room!!! That gets 10 stars from me alone!! The room is so quiet which is amazing as we can see the runways at Heathrow from here!!
