Very cramped room, second bed blocked the chair at the desk, it was impossible to pull it out. Poor lighting, stained carpet, a centimeter of dirt (dust) on the inside of the couch, close to the head part

The location was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable enough.
The directions to the house were very helpful and smooth check in (although, there was no mention of a second lock box and we found the wrong one first so thought we had the wrong code 😂)
Its beautifully decorated

The staff were rude, I was told I could only get an invoice if I queued again in the morning and couldn’t receive it at check in.
I forgot my toothbrush and rang up at 7am to get one, there is a sign in the rooms to say these will be delivered to your room. When I asked the staff told deliver it they told me I had to come to reception to collect. I was in my pyjamas, and asked them again to drop off as per the advert. Again this was refused, I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not available.
I gave up, then approx 10 mins later someone brought it to my room. Whilst I was thankful I was frustrated as there was no need to be rude in the first place.
I went to reception to check out and no-one asked how my stay was.

-The breakfast buffet is small and basic but the food is good, including the scrambled eggs which were lovely.
-Pay extra £10 for late check-out.
-The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful.
-Just the room in general, minus the couple of negatives everything was perfect. Large firm bed and pillows. Decent little tv/desk and cupboard. Great for a night or 2.
Definitely recommend. Staff will always try to help if you have concerns or want information.

Good hotel for the price I paid can’t complain at all in fact will recommend and will be return customer for sure.
Entrance from the main road to the hotel is bit confusing but I am sure after one wrong turn it will be managed .
Breakfast was good had all the options available. Hot sausage Vegan option is available which I did not know at the time of stay. It would be nice to add halal sausage as well
Beds were comfortable very nice and clean room but body lotion can be a good addition to the collection.

Location was ideal for the conference.
Location was ideal for the conference. Lift was not working all weekend and being on the 3 Rd floor with mobility impairment was challenging. No prior warning that lift was not working on checking in and an offer to assist whilst dealing with another customer.
Poor customer service. Bathroom very small. One very small waste bin in the bathroom to discard everything including tea bags, another bin should be available

We didn't venture into Oldbury town centre as there was no need or time to do so, there is a Sainsburys' very close to the Domo that we used and we ate at a Greene King pub close by which served its purpose. It ideally situated for visiting Dudley, West Bromwich and other surrounding areas. The nature reserves at Sandwell were very pleasant for walking and picnicking.

Accessible to Birmingham City centre, by local train station & good bus route links to Merryhill, Resort world via local train station. A couple of miles away from Harborne & Edgbaston.
All major supermarkets less than 10 mins by car to Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury, Morrisons Aldi & Lidl.
Shopping complex, Matalan, Next, Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Homebase.
Oldbury is middle England for Birmingham, and culturally mixed, all ages great schools very calm peaceful location. Great churches amenities respectful middle/Upper class neighbourhood, full of working professional people and retired professionals.
Nice green spaces Brandhall Golf, Warley woods & Lightwoods Park close proximity.

Honestly this was a last minute booking on route to another hotel as part of a half term break. This hotel is bleak it’s very tired and in need of a complete refurb. We had to move room as the first was like a basement room even though it was ground floor, the shower and towels were mouldy and the sink drain had never been cleaned I can still smell the musty smell on my hands even though I have washed them repeatedly. There are limited lights in the original room giving it a dungeon feel.
The new room is clean and feels nicer as the ceilings are higher is still no great shakes. The double glazing is not fitted correctly and lets lots of draughts in and doesn’t stop any of the noise from the road outside I can literally hear every car going past, the curtains are also on their last legs.
The bathroom is the tiniest I have ever seen in a hotel and had been tiled by someone with their eyes closed.
The only positive are the staff who are very friendly and welcoming.

Extremely well thought out semi-detached home with all the comforts of home. Alicia has been very thorough in providing everything a traveller would want in a Homestay. Close to 2 main roads with bus services to Birmingham and West Bromwich. Not easy to find if you're arriving from West Brom' by bus. Alicia does have a pooch but this is a very friendly animal and even non-animal overs would not object.
Excellent location, just off the M5. Booked as it was the closest hotel to the Aquatic centre I could find for the 2022 Games. Good bus route right outside door to central Birmingham, short walk to bus for Aquatic centre.
Clean and comfortable room, great aircon. Very good breakfast, ample free parking. Supermarket next door, cheap fuel across the dual carriageway.
Great location. Comfortable room, bed was excellent. Brilliant night's sleep. All staff welcoming and excellent. Breakfast freshly cooked and first class. Can't fault anything in the stay.
Oldbury was not the location I would expect a hotel like this but so glad I found it.
the best apartment in Dudley very spacious/ clean and jacuzzi was amazing ! the host is very friendly and helped us with evrything we needed , highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway will be coming back
Good location if you are visiting around Dudley, Birmingham. Rooms well maintained and clean. There is lift available which is good for elderly people. Breakfast buffet was good. Good parking space as well.
