Very cramped room, second bed blocked the chair at the desk, it was impossible to pull it out. Poor lighting, stained carpet, a centimeter of dirt (dust) on the inside of the couch, close to the head part

The location was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable enough. The directions to the house were very helpful and smooth check in (although, there was no mention of a second lock box and we found the wrong one first so thought we had the wrong code 😂) Its beautifully decorated

The staff were rude, I was told I could only get an invoice if I queued again in the morning and couldn’t receive it at check in. I forgot my toothbrush and rang up at 7am to get one, there is a sign in the rooms to say these will be delivered to your room. When I asked the staff told deliver it they told me I had to come to reception to collect. I was in my pyjamas, and asked them again to drop off as per the advert. Again this was refused, I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not available. I gave up, then approx 10 mins later someone brought it to my room. Whilst I was thankful I was frustrated as there was no need to be rude in the first place. I went to reception to check out and no-one asked how my stay was.

-The breakfast buffet is small and basic but the food is good, including the scrambled eggs which were lovely. -Pay extra £10 for late check-out. -The staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. -Just the room in general, minus the couple of negatives everything was perfect. Large firm bed and pillows. Decent little tv/desk and cupboard. Great for a night or 2. Definitely recommend. Staff will always try to help if you have concerns or want information.
