The friendliness of Martin & Cathy. The food, the bed, the shower, everything is superb. Having walked the whole of the SWCP, this B&B was the best. And... It was the best Cream Tea I had as well!
The Union Hotel is in the center of Penzance. A 5-minute walk from the sea, the 17th-century building houses Hamilton’s Restaurant and also Nelson’s Bar, where there is free WiFi.
The Marazion Hotel offers a restaurant, bar and stylish rooms, some with views of the sea towards St Michael's Mount. This hotel is moments away from shops, a pub and a Cornish tea room.

Great location and beautifully designed. Very clean and comfortable rooms and a lovely sitting room for drinks or tea. The connected restaurant serves breakfast and delicious dinners (Sunday roast a must try). Very easy parking on site. Worth spending a bit more for seaside view room.
Overlooking St Michael's Mount, The Godolphin Hotel in Marazion offers high-quality rooms on the beautiful West Cornwall coast. With a bar and restaurant showcasing local produce.

The decoration, lights and location are wonderful! You feel so cozy there. And breakfast was AMAZING! Wow! I would say it was PERFECT. Delicious, complete, and high quality in all senses.. taste, presentation, different options, decor, customer services and views.

The kindest hosts ever. Elvis was tons of fun and took a picture with us. The breakfast was so yummy! They were courteous enough to make sure coffee was on m for the Americans. They were friendly, professional and helpful with things to do around town and parking suggestions. Beautiful home!!! Lots of stairs but who doesn’t love the exercise. They were very organized and reached out as soon as we booked. I’m cannot recommend this place more. There were 6 of us on 3 rooms and we all had raving reviews!!!! Ally and Michael were WONDERFUL!!!!

For me, and as a base to get out walking, Paul was just right. Paul is an atmospheric Cornish hamlet that has a popular pub and a really lovely church. Buses to and from Penzance do call at the hamlet but are quite infrequent. However, following a 15 minute lane walk quite steeply downhill to Mousehole, a frequent and speedy bus service connects to Newlyn and Penzance. A similar 10 to 15 minute, but flat, walk to a main road location bus stop provides for a more regular service (than the buses actually coming into Paul) connecting to Newlyn and Penzance. From that stop there is also the Land's End Coaster bus service that is circular around the whole Land's End peninsular providing access very many places.

It has a pub, church and village hall.
It has a pub, church and village hall. It looks quite nice and Mousehole harbour is walkable. So a good place to stay if you want to go to Mousehole but don't want tourists staring in your holiday cottage windows all day
