Free parking just remember to put in your registration number on arrival. A lovely hotel with gardens. Rooms were adequate with lots of space. Kettle provided with free biscuits which is a nice touch. Iron and ironing board provided. Large mirror which is always a bonus.

Lovely comfy bed and linen and great bathroom with walk in shower. Good location for busing into Burnley for the football. Friendly staff and good food in the evening. Very good value for money. Will return.
