The staff were very helpful, as I have mobility issues I was upgraded to a ground floor mobility room. The continental breakfast had lots of options. The location was very close to Gatwick North Airport which I needed for my departing day flight.

We used to reside in Reigate until 4yrs ago when we moved away to be beside the sea. Reigate is a lovely place with lots of history. It has great commuter lines with trains & buses or by car. Lovely parks. Excellent shops, restaurants, bars & cafes.

Lovely and clean apartment, well decorated with everything to make my stay comfortable.
It's also near good amenities, station, supermarket and restaurant - Love Hatay Restaurant, a lovely Turkish place less than 5mins drive from the apartment.

As Reigate old town and high street can get full of traffic, we recommend travelling into reigate by bus - or even walking from the Reigate Manor Hotel down hill - about 20 minutes. The town itself has some interesting buildings and is full of olde worlde charm. THere is a castle and some pleasant parks as well as good shops and Pubs or restaurants.
WE had Sunday lunch at our hotel which was an excellent carvery with good waiting staff.

Lovely place for people who enjoy hiking&nature.
Lovely place for people who enjoy hiking&nature. Reigate Hill and Gatton park are amazing for a long, relaxing walk and the view is amazing. In terms of shopping or sightseeing, there isn't much - just your classic UK high street experience. Good place for a one-day getaway from London.

Nothing any good at the hotel but the town was very pleasant.
Room carpet was filthy. There was no bin to put waste in and we asked for one but nothing ever came. Window was filthy and had not been cleaned for months. We understand the hotel had just been taken over. We were told there was no chef when we arrived at the restaurant but the had a short menu who cooked it we do not know but it was very poor. We had Eggs and supposedly hand carved ham and something else which I cannot remember. It was cold and we left most of it. There was no breakfast in the morning and we could not get out of their fast enough the following morning. We had paid by voucher which was dearer thane originally booked and then they presented us with an invoice for £80 odd. You asked about having a television there was one but only BBC 1 and 2 worked. I wrote a review of another hotel I stayed in the week before in Wigan and that was bad and you said you would not publish it. If you do not publish this one I am likely to take further action.

I lived in Reigate from 1962 to May 2021.
I lived in Reigate from 1962 to May 2021. I have always loved Reigate. It is a wonderful place to live and is steeped in history. Henry VIII visited an old Priory in the middle of Reigate town and there are the remains of a Castle Keep with a semi dry moat. It has underground caves in the town to visit too. There is an enormous, beautiful park also in the middle of Reigate town that people from miles around come to visit. I do miss living here but I am now 5 minutes walk from the Sea.

We didn't get to fully make the most of hotel as we went to a wedding but really lovely. Bed was amazing best sleep. Little things like kettle cable meant heating kettle on floor. TV remote had no batteries so couldn't watch but was good value for money.
Such a lovely pub but didn't get to go to or use but would be nice if staff available in the morning as a full English breakfast in or outside pub would have been great finish.had issues as we wanted to check in at 11am but not possible but we managed.
Comments here gave me worries, this masked my opinion before I walked through the door. The property is clean, the bed was comfy. The room was a good size.
Good Tea, coffee and milk in rooms.
(Obviously there’s no phone or mini bar, it’s practically a truckers hotel at less than £50 a night)
Lovely functional property. All very clean and perfectly serviceable for our short stay… we were very grateful at having our last minute booking accepted as our bnb reservation elsewhere in Reigate was cancelled on our day of arrival!!!
Th beds are very comfortable, the hotel is lovely and quiet and there is plenty of hot water and towels. The rooms aren't modern but are clean and have everything you need.
