The Regency Hotel Solihull is conveniently located close to Warwick and Stratford upon Avon. A friendly hotel, guests will receive a warm welcome from the team.

Wasn’t very accommodating when I realised I’d booked the wrong day and just wanted to move forward one day, wouldn’t let me , the room was extremely basic , tv didn’t work so had to go and get new batteries from staff for the remote , the tv very small and old fashioned, carpet all ripped up in places next to bed , no air con and the room was extremely hot, opened the windows but you’re on the main road so traffic was loud, no shampoo or conditioner which for the cost of the room would of expected at least that and booked it cos it had a gym and to find out that was closed due to refurbishment. No room service so if rate this hotel as extremely basic, the bed was as comfy and all was clean just not worth the money

The Stables Deer Park Farm in Knowle Solihull offer well equipped rooms with double or superking beds, private ensuites with showers overlooking the farms 60 acres of paddocks and Warwickshire...

A lovely relaxing place to spend a couple of nights, whilst attending a two day event at the nearby NEC with my wife. The basket containing croissants, waffles and pain au chocolats was a lovely extra, which we exjoyed for our first breakfast. The room was very comfortable and quiet, with views across the fields during the day. On our second evening, we drove to the nearby Black Boy pub right on the Grand Union Canal for a relaxing dinner and drink. Would definitely consider coming back!

Solihull is a well-to-do town close to Birmingham, its airport and Conference Centre. Excellent shopping, it even has a John Lewis in the main shopping Centre, Torchwood! Plenty of restaurants and pubs and all within walking distance of the Hotel.

Tons of things to do for all ages.

Tons of things to do for all ages. Everything in walking distance. Close to two of the best parks in the West Midlands. Extremely relaxing. Great quality of food and great variety. Right be a great cinema. Train station near by can get you into Birmingham, Warwick, or Statford-upon-Avon quickly, so can stay and do all the West Midlands has to offer.

The old town has changed beyond recognition.

The old town has changed beyond recognition. Empty shops except for charity shops and 'The Mall', The quality of goods on sale rather poor unless you shop in one of the Pound Shops, John Lewis or Apple. 30 years has impacted negatively on the old Town, M & S gone, House of Fraser, good manners all gone, litter in the streets, even the coffee shops had dirty tables, litter on the floor, sad. Excuse my sarcasm in the next question

Sollihull has a lot to offer in things to do.

Sollihull has a lot to offer in things to do. The local National Institute (Baddesley Clinton) has 2 places to visit in a short driving distance with plenty of walking around the properties. There are restaurants within walking and short driving distances as well as grocery stores.

    Didn't really see the place.

Didn't really see the place. We were there for an exhibition nearby. There are planty of good restuarants nearby. Just as well because the Regency Hotel restuarant was expensive and not very good.

Staff were excellent and efficient, room was lovely and spacious with plenty of wardrobe space especially as we took our dog with us. We had room service and ate in the restaurant and both the food and service was excellent . The photos really do not do this hotel justice it’s really lovely and welcoming and would not hesitate recommending or staying here again if in the area.

It was very spacious and comfortable. We were 3 colleagues attending a conference at the National Conference centre which was just a short drive away and a lot cheaper than a hotel
