We just love coming to the hotel every time

We came for my friends funeral. When we arrived the girl at reception was doing something, she didn't even acknowledge us until she finished. I've worked as a receptionist in busy hotels and always stopped to atleast acknowledge the arrivals and explain ill be right with them. When we came down for food there was nobody in the restaurant. We went to reception and asked the same girl what the do. She told us the guy was in the bar. He wasn't. He was in the back room behind reception. We went to the bar and waited for a bit and came back to reception and waited 10 minutes. We then knocked the back room door because nobody had come to reception or the bar. The same girl came out tugging at/straightening up her uniform. We asked again for the bar man, she said he should be over in a minute, she didn't know where he was.. we watched and he came out of the same room she had, they had a sly little smile to each other. Were not stupid. It's hardly professional though is it. The bar man then proceeded to talk to us like we were ruining his day even though he was, im assuming paid to be at work doing his job.?! He bought the food up to the room and washing helpful running back and forth getting sauces etc but I do wonder if this was because he heard my comment about being to busy with the receptionist in the back office.. We had an Irish boy be extremely rude to us when getting in the lift. He told his mum it was us instead of admitting his behaviour, this mum tried to start an argument with me on our way out to the funeral. The manager/supervisor in charge came over and asked us to keep the mouse down for other guests .. where was the concern for my party? We stepped out of the lift to be insulted and one of my friends was followed out to the car and called a drag queen and a tranny by one of their party. The manager didn't do anything to this woman or say anything. He came to me.
