Really great guided tour of Parade House and the Georgian architecture around the town. Very interesting museum, lovely Christmas Tree display in St James's church. #1 Coffee shop was very nice too. Sorry, I didn't see much of Trowbridge as I was going to a wedding at Faulkland... However, getting through traffic in Trowbridge was not easy, either on Friday pm or Saturday morning! Trowbridge is a lovely town in the middle of green pastures.
Trowbridge is a lovely town in the middle of green pastures. It makes a good base to explore Bath, Bradford on Avon and Bristol with good train connections. It is quite flat and easy walking. We went to Trowbridge to visit friends.
We went to Trowbridge to visit friends. It has plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat in and a cinema. It is in easy travelling distance of Bath. Buses go into Bath and trains to both Bath and Bristol.Guest review byGillian

But that soon disappeared. But it was comfortable and a lovely place to stay. Had some nice walks around area. But one thing - no hairdryer. Lovely shower.
