Characterful building.
Good parking.
Very small room and bed. It made the night uncomfortable.
Newly renovated bathroom but no blind on window.

Witney is a good central location to be a base for other desirable towns/villages in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Warwichshire areas.
The town itself has plenty accomodation and resturants

The walls were a bit thin within the room I occupied (I went to bed early after a long drive), so maybe worth asking for a quiet room for those who want complete silence on their stay. Apart from this very minor point, the stay was excellent. Really impressed with the relaxed atmosphere, the staff and the overall cleanliness and layout of the room.
I will book again the next time I travel to Witney.

Witney is a great little town, although it does get very busy around rush hour and at the weekend. There are plenty of good places to eat (I would recommend the Blue Boar) and a nice variety of shops as well as a cinema. Use it as a base to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. You won't be disappointed.

Witney is a lovely little market town with plenty of food and drink establishments. The food at the Blue Boar was very good. There is a great deal of choice in the High Street and adjoining Corn Street all easy walking distance. Witney is very compact and easy to get around, and all parking is free.

We didn't actually spend much time in Witney, as it was just a convenient place to stay (for other activities), although my partner was pleased to find useful items at the wool local shop. If we would have had more time to spare, we may have discovered other useful shops

Fab location and a lovely host! Nice clean annex with everything we needed, Comfy bed, Great shower. Very comfortable and peaceful for a nice relaxed few days away to explore the local area. The main street of witney was a nice 10mins walk away and we walked down both evenings to enjoy some local pubs. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The style of the rooms were lovely, and were well thought out, and felt in keeping with the area. They had a full brace of amenities which you’d normally find in a premium hotel.
Excellent central location for Witney offering very comfortable rooms. Full English breakfast freshly cooked and excellent host.
Reasonably priced for the area.
