The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room was spacious, modern and cozy. The breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best Ive ever had in a hotel. The boardgames and books and having no TVs anywhere really created the atmosphere of resting from technology as well. Bed was huge, and comfortable. Good shower. The Chateau Mukhrani Tour was also very informative and nice.

I had to book this hotel at 11.45 and checkin at 12. I booked this hotel in emergency because of original hotel booking screwed up. But when I arrived at hotel LATE at 12 midnight with no food along with my family, they cooked dinner for us although all outlets and restaurants close at 10 pm. They opened the restaurant at midnight and cooked food for my family. What you find best at this place is LANA.
LANA is the best hostess, very welcoming, proactive and will take care of all need of your family. I'm very thankful to Lana for taking care of my family and feeding us at the times when we cannot find anything at midnight.
Talking about property, very clean, hygienic, and all things properly functional. At its best.
Having said that, place is about people and these are the best people you will find in Georgia.
