While the village itself is not luxury resort, you have nearby everything you need and expect from such areas.
Few decent restaurants, ready bakery, 24/7 supermarket. Beach in 5 minutes walk. Cheap taxi in any direction. train station (!).
Rooms are standard, clean. Kitchen facilities coule be improved, kitchen itself is excellent place to chill, work, cook some basic or not so staff.

In 2 minutes walking way is a beautiful, cosy beach. Accomodation is comfortable with air conditioning, bathroom and balcony. Money value is great. I loved it.
This guest house is located in the Green Cape area of Batumi, a 5-minute walk from the Black Sea beach.

It is a big house with good rooms. The onder is helpful and reacts quick on Whatsapp.
The room is very clean, nice bathroom and view on green garden and sea.
We stayed the first night in another room as the airco was not working. So this was a very good solution.
There is a nice and clean kitchen to store and prepare food.
With bolt taxi it costs 7-10 lari to Batumi center.

We really enjoyed staying in this quiet town that is about 10 minutes fromm the port of Batumi. Makhinjauri has a beautiful coast line and botanical garden. I would highly recommend visiting this huge botanical garden with a big variety of different plants and trees. You could spend all day there because of its size and variety of different plants, flowers, and trees. There is a market place with very tasty organic food and drink at low prices

Great place, greenful and quiet, with not overcrowded streets and beach compare to the rest of Batumi, however infrastructure is still underdeveloped there - few cafes and restaurants, beach is not clean, mineral springs in this area are abandoned and closed and streets and pavements are not renovated for the last ~10 years. Brightspot - they renovate now (2022) small park, which is located next to the beach, at last.

It's a beautiful place, stretched a few kilometres by the sea, that goes along the railway. The views are cosy and spectacular, it's less a touristic area than Batumi or Kobuleti, so the beach is cleaner. But it has Green Cape and Botanical Garden and is just a few Kilometers away from Batumi, which can be easily reached.
There's a big restaurant - Megruli-Lazuri with a great outdoor sitting garden and wooden furniture. It's good, just like most Georgian food restaurants. It has live music and holds events.
However, traffic and poor mobile connection might be a problem for tech travellers.

Location is just equidistant from anything of interest.
Location is just equidistant from anything of interest. You can take a cab or bus to Batumi, go to fish market, or to open market. You
can walk along the Black sea shore, or you can walk uphill and enjoy mountainous views. Breakfasts were never the same. If you eat one, forget about lunch. Nino really puts her soul in cooking for guests. If you want some local specialty food for lunch, you can arrange it with her in advance and she would cook. Beso was our guide, on a couple occasions and absolutely enjoyed talking to him.
The most important thing about this place is that Nino and her husband treat each guest like their own family.

Very comfy room , bathroom and a very sweet owner. They have a beautiful kitchen which they let us use to make our own meal. The hotel is at a 15 minute distance from the city centre but it makes sense to stay here and pay just 10 gel one way for the cab to commute rather than paying 100s of Gel more to stay near the city centre.
It was perfect hotel, new building, will be back, breakfast was amazing, staff is friendly, parking, restaurant was very good, wine cellar, wine shop was very nice,i recommended this place, sea is near 3 minutes walk
We fell in love with the owners, they were the sweetest❤️ she made us home food which was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the garden was amazing. If we come to batumi again we will stay here
The hotel is close to the beach, and it has a kitchen with lots of things you need. There's also a relaxing rooftop area with a perfect view of the sea.
