This is a family-run business and they really make you feel at home; everybody is extremely welcoming. The house is located about 12km from Vardzia, so it is very convenient. We had the best dinner/breakfast ever, we were also served home-made wine. Natalia goes above and beyond to provide the best experience and prepares fantastic meals; she also helps with the translation. Highly recommended.

I wished to visit Vardzia and Tirebi turned out to be a great choice. It is on the main road and has beautiful views of the canyon leading up to Vardzia. I also thought it was a great place to relax, watch the herds of cows come home, hang out with the dog (who is a sweetheart), and write in my journal. The hostess cooked up two great meals- one dinner and one breakfast- for very reasonable prices. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location for anyone who is visiting Vardzia or nearby locations such as Saro village and Khertvisi Fortress.

Everything. What a lovely new, clean and cute place. It is run by a super friendly and attentive family. The mother Nana cooked us delicious food for dinner and breakfast - more than we could eat and very reasonably priced. The rooms are freshly renovated, with new comfortable furniture and bedding. They gave us wine. We went down to the barn to watch the cows being milked. It was amazing value and such a great visit. I highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Vardzia Terrace. The rooms are no frills but it was perfect for what we needed and clean. The shared terrace has an amazing view of the caves. The owners are so kind and prepared us delicious meals. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have never felt more at home than while staying at Aleksandre’s guest house. He immediately makes you feel welcome and that you are exactly where you should be :) he creates a communal energy that is truly unique. The property is lovely and green, with gardens and hammocks and a lovely dining space. We wish we could have stayed forever! His wine is the best we had, the food is absolutely delicious and abundant, and he is the ultimate incredible host.

Basic rooms but fabulous location almost opposite the cave city. Kind and generous hosts who helped organize a swim in the nearby hot spring pool (definitely recommend!). Amazing homegrown and homemade meals provided on request - best homestay food and wine I have had all trip.

The family was. Dry welcoming I had the dates wrong but they were very understanding.Despite having no power they guided us by flashlight and still cooked a nice breakfast . She also took about 30 percent off the room
