The front desk is always ready to help; very nice people. The room was well cleaned every day and smelled very nice. Nice air-conditioned rooms. Electricity was continously provided. The hotel is so close to the city, easy access to transportation at all times. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food.

Every aspect of my stay at this two-bedroom apartment was exceptional! The staff - led by Manager Ms. Elther, and her colleague, Ms. Mary - provided impeccable service tantamount to what one might find at a 4-star hotel. One or both would check in with me every morning, and again in the late afternoon or early evening, to inquire if everything was meeting my complete satisfaction. And on the very rare occasion where something was left wanting, they would promptly attend to it and resolve the matter to my satisfaction. The unit itself was exceptionally well-appointed and tastefully decorated with artwork on almost every major wall. I found myself wishing I had guests to invite over, just so that I could show the place off! It had newer, upgraded kitchen appliances - a full-sized, double-doored Samsung refrigerator and freezer, with icemaker and water dispenser, a high-efficiency glass/induction cooktop with hood, and in-line Whirlpool microwave and electric ovens. It came with a decent compliment of dinnerware, and ample cookware and flatware, as well as a coffeemaker, and even a rice cooker! Lacking for me at check-in, however, was a toaster; because I like to start my day with toast and juice. First thing in the morning, however, Ms. Mary was knocking at the door with a toaster in hand. Wow! So, this is how the other half lives, eh? 😮 I fretted for a while about where I would go - or what I would do - about drying my clothes in the fancy, fully-featured, computerized front-loading Samsung washing machine ... that was ... until I realized that that machine not only washed whatever types of clothes I wanted to put inside of it; it also DRIED them!!! What the---??!😵🤯 The beds were VERY comfortable, suited with upscale mattresses, FOUR soft, but supportive, pillows and uber-soft microfiber sheets and duvets. It was hard to get out of bed to start each day.

We had a great stay! Convenient location, great food and facilities. Staff was very accommodating and courteous. I will definitely come back!

The hotel is located close to the airport. The staff is very kind and very good in giving services. They are very responsive they reply quickly when you send an email or give a call. The rooms are good and clean. They also offer transportation, which is very convenient.

Excellent location. Close enough to Oxford St to walk to but far enough way that you can avoid the noise and traffic. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and continuously checked on me to ensure I was enjoying my stay. I was in Accra as a solo traveler but knew a few people in the area. They also had staff members on-site 24/7 and security on-site after hours.
