A wonderful, truly 'family run' hotel with on-site owners who take great pride in ensuring that everything is as perfect as possible. There was a generally calm and relaxed atmosphere which was delightful. The level of cleanliness everywhere was faultless. The pool is the best maintained and cared-for pool we have ever experienced and the surrounding bougainvillea is beautiful. Our apartment was pool-side and we had a generous outside dining area which was fully shaded. There was a very useful discreet drying area too. You can order drinks, lunch and snacks at the pool. The beach is about an 8-minute walk using the short cut and it takes a similar time to walk to town in the evening (uphill on the return). There's a small supermarket, two laundry services and a great bakery in the town, as well as a large selection of restaurants. The hotel has a large parking area.
Facing the beachfront, Ostria Hotel offers 2-star accommodation in Agios Prokopios and has a garden, shared lounge and restaurant.

The hotel is in a great position opposite the beach and right by the restaurants. Yiannis met us on arrival and took us to a lovely room spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and plenty of it. We would definitely return .

Exception stay at 18 Grapes. I would say this is the nicest hotel in the area by far. Fantastic staff and facilities. the breakfast was nice however not excellent (The croque Monsieur was very average - just bread, cheese and sauce). A few more options at breakfast would be great. Perhaps a less fancy approach could be a better option.
We will definitely be back.

Had a great pool & short walk to beach, supermarket, car hire, restaurants & bars.
Breakfast was very nice having it near the pool
The local bus to Naxos was close. Just a reminder you have to buy bus tickets at the supermarket as you can’t purchase them on the bus
We hired a car for the day which was a reasonable price to drive around the island
The staff were very friendly & helpful

Helpful, friendly staff. Ten minutes walk from Golden Beach. Lots of great restaurants when closer. Breakfast on a sunny balcony is tough to beat!
Agio Prokopios Beach is simply stunning! With its soft, golden sands and crystal-clear waters, it's the perfect spot for a day of relaxation. The beach is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of space to find your own little slice of paradise. The surrounding cafes and tavernas offer delicious local cuisine, making it easy to grab a bite without straying far from the sun. The atmosphere is vibrant yet laid-back, ideal for families and solo travelers alike. Whether you’re swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying a stroll along the shore, Agio Prokopios is a must-visit gem in Naxos!

I think the best beach in Naxos.
I think the best beach in Naxos. There is a great variety of services available for all budgets. Whoever wants to be close to the beach/beach bars etc and the city of Naxos, Agios Prokopios is a place to consider. Car parking is not that easy. Better to leave the car in the public parking available and explore the area on foot.

An ideal location, close to the beach, surrounded by lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. Although the beach is really beautiful, it’s very busy with lots of sunbeds. We loved eating at Colosseo, the food was lovely and staff were great. Zafiris Bakery was delicious, we loved our croissants from there on a morning. We hired a buggy from Motonaxos, the ladies that worked there were really helpful and we loved being able to explore in our own time.

There was nothing to dislike.
There was nothing to dislike. Picture-book perfect in every way. So many nearby, beautiful beaches to choose from. The beach is bordered by Agios Anna as well as Plaka - both superb beaches with clear turquoise water and white sands with or without organised beach umbrellas and chairs.

Agios Prokapios is just outside the main town, which is a 10 min drive, less people but plenty of restaurants, car hire place, tour operators, shops etc. Easy to reach town with the local bus which is actually quite luxurious for the price, 2 euro one way per person which goes very frequently till late at night. You don't need to go to town unless you like more shops , more bars, more people as Agios Prokpios has enough restaurants and enough of everything. The beach is much nicer here than the main town and our accommodation was allot more spacious compared to the rooms in town plus we had a huge pool. Highly recommend getting a car for a day or two to go the the most unbelievable beaches in the South and North of the island plus lovely to see the villages in the mountains.

If you'd like a very secluded quiet place then this is for you. As I said, if you'd like to explore the island you will need a car. You really even need a car to get food and water. We walked to El Greco restaurant across the bay when we arrived on Sunday and they were very busy and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. We had to wait a long while but it was fine since we were not in a hurry.

The location was right on the gorgeous Agios Prokopios beach and it was worth paying extra for the beautiful sea views from our room. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was very efficient. No mosquitos if you keep the doors shut plus there was a mosquito screen. The bus into Naxos town took 15 minutes and stops right outside so it works well. Plenty of restaurants along the beach, however we much preferred Naxos town as a place to eat and the shops were lovely there.
I was is Naxos in September. Hotel Semeli is 8-10 minutes walk from the beach, located in a peaceful area. The hotel and the room was clean. The staff members were very nice.
Every day there was sufficient and rich breakfast.
I had a problem with the toilet (sometimes it was running), that they could not resolve due that the problem was not continual but they apologized and I could resolve by closing the door.
The hotel is on the outskirts of the village but only a 10 min walk from the beach and only a small drive (5-10 min) from plaka beach. The hotel staff was super friendly and gave us great tips for restaurants and sight seeing. There is parking at the hotel. Overall it was a good stay.
Great hotel in a super convenient location to beautiful Agios Prokopios beach. Close to restaurants, transport etc. but still quiet. Large, clean pool. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 weeks and will definitely return.
We had a good stay at Francesca’s! I especially liked the pool and the fact that the hotel is very close to the beach. The location is perfect if you want to explore Naxos. Also, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.
