The location is great, quiet and close to the beach. The apartment was very clean and well-appointed. The pool and pool bar are lovely, with a very useful mini-market. The staff are really great - very friendly and helpful!

Wonderful staff, always happy to help. Amazing view from the room. Good breakfasts, everyday cleaning and a lot of parking spots.

We stayed for 5 days at the end of a road trip across Albania, just to relax and wind down. We found the hotel, surrounding areas and room clean and staff were very welcoming. In particular the reception staff who were extremely helpful. The room was cleaned/towels changed etc twice in the 5 days we were there. The room was large and comfortable, a little dated but that didn’t affect us. AC was good, fridge a little noisy, amazing view of the sea. Our toilet flush broke and once I had reported this is was fixed within the hour. As previous reviews told us to expect, the room was up a steep hill. The transport buggies are very frequent and the hill is walkable if you’re up for the challenge! Pool is large/deep and clean, separate kids pool. People reserve beds quite early but there was enough so we didn’t have a problem getting beds later. Pool bar is well stocked although they did not like giving too much ice! Cocktails available, soft drinks were poor one day and ok the next. Food was a good variety with a different country theme each day. We had Italian, Greek, Indian, Asian and Mexican. The buffet area is quite small compared to the amount of guests so got busy but the food was never empty. Always snacks available from pool bar in between meals too aswell as ice cream. The is an entertainment programme from 10am-12 and then again for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The animation team run this and are very engaging. Water polo, darts, aqua gym, skittles, table tennis and more. Kids club twice a day too I think up to age 12 (my daughter is older so we didn’t look into it). The evening entertainment was ok, mini disco and then a quiz, comedy night, Greek night etc. We had a late flight so looked into a late check out. However, a shower room is offered free of charge so we booked this. We stored our luggage in reception and enjoyed a day by the pool and then used the shower room to wash/change before we set off.

I liked that the host worked with us with the late arrival time we had because of a delayed flight. There was no hard feelings towards us having to arrive late and we were greeted with a smile and a couple of waters in the room as well! We also received an upgrade free of charge , so that was great news as well. The property was very clean and everyone was super friendly. The parking area was small, but it was no big deal because the property across the street allowed us to park in their area if no parking was available at our hotel. We did not utilize the pool area because we went to the beach everyday, but they seemed like a nice option for people who did want to use it . The flowers in the area were really pretty too.

Great facilities, great food and most importantly, amazing staff!

Lena Mare boasts a lovely boutique atmosphere with well-maintained facilities and a pleasant pool area. While the restaurant menu may be limited, the dishes offered were generally satisfying and well-prepared. We enjoyed a satisfying breakfast spread each morning, providing a good start to the day. The hotel staff was consistently helpful and welcoming, contributing to a positive guest experience. Overall, while Lena Mare offers a pleasant atmosphere and friendly service, its significant drawbacks, such as the remote location and inadequate kitchen facilities, may make it a less than ideal choice for travelers seeking convenience and comfort.

The hotel has a very good location with amazing views. It is right next to the beautiful beaches of D'Amour. We really enjoyed the large pool and the bar next to it that has a fun vibe. The staff are really nice, helpful and professional which improved our stay at the hotel. The food was very tasty and various. The hotel also has an A la carte restaurant with a great view and delicious food. All in all, we had a very fun all-inclusive vacation at Akron Hotel.

Our experience was absolutely wonderful. Tranquil ambiance, making it ideal for relaxation. My suite was stylish and in reasonable price. Strongly recommended by me.

We liked very much the hotel Manager, she is really welcoming and very friendly and helpful for the advice where to go, what to visit, restaurants,.... facility has nice swimming pool, our son and myself enjoyed our time swimming.
