The location is great, not noisy, it's close to paragliding spots if you are interested in this and the only thing that you might not like is the repetitiveness of the buffe in the morning.

Offering an outdoor pool with sun terrace, Lefkas Petra is just 656 feet from the popular beach of Agios Nikitas.

Staff were brilliant, Joanna in particular was so helpful and gave us lots of great information on arrival. They made delicious breakfasts as well as fabulous cake that was put in our room every night! Great location, just at the top end of town and ample parking facilities. Pool area was lovely as well, which we had to ourselves on our first and last days.

Surrounded by lush greenery, Althea Studios Lefkada is located in the scenic Agios Nikitas Village of Lefkada within 2625 feet from the sandy beach.

The property itself is in a great location, the villa itself gives out a good cozy vibe. There is a big parking space which is isolated from the road. Its a 10min walk to agios nikitas, if you’re going there on foot the road is not well lit and its a bit dangerous, after all its an open road. The cleaning lady was good and carefull with which towels she gives you, some are for infront of the bathroom door, and those are separated.

It is ok for a starting point to explore the island, the village nearby is quite nice. The communication with the host was quick, we didn't meet them. The room was cleaned after the second day and the tallows were changed.

    The hotel and the room was very clean. The ladies cleaned it every day. The staff was very friendly. Although located in the center of the village, the room was very quiet and cool. Mylos beach is only 15 min walk.

    We stayed close to Agios Nikitas in Milos Luxury Villas for 4 days. The location was superb. Agios Nikitas is a very charming town down on beach level. I highly recommend T'Agnantio taverna. The town is popular and very busy, parking is difficult in high season so it is a bonus if you can stay in accommodation close enough to walk. Lefkada is very drivable and nothing is very far. Other great places we visited in Lefkada while staying at Agios Nikitas were Milos Beach, Dimosari waterfalls near Nidri, Englouvis village, Prophet Elias Church (utterly spectacular!) Karia village, Cape Lefkada, Porto Katsiki beach, and Amente (superb!) for dinner one night which was a short drive from Agios Nikitas.

    I liked that there are a lot of good Greeks restaurants and shops, and you can go in the evening by walking to eat or buy something. You can go to visit other beaches close to Nikitas: Milos (very nice, you can reach in 25 min following a path that starts from the pedestrian area of Nikitas goes up 300m to the crest of the hill and then descends 400m to the beach or with a boat starting from Nikitas beach for 4 EUR Kathisma beach (nice and long) 5 min with the car. If you arrive before 9 am surely you will find a free parking at the edge of the beach or later tax parking with 10 eur in the same area. Here you can enjoy a session of paragliding starting from 800 m altitude to the beach.

    The room is a little bit old-fashioned, but it was OK.

    The room is a little bit old-fashioned, but it was OK. Might need a little more updated. I was a bit disappointed to be honest since it was a wedding anniversary and I had requested some specialty, but was not done. The Wi-Fi was not working as expected, but it was OK also . The view was gorgeous, opening up the balcony.

    There is a good restaurant T'Agnino.

    There is a good restaurant T'Agnino. A little bit hidden but with a great view. There is not much to do or see in Agios Nikitas. Just a place to find accommodation close to the main attractions of the island.

    Agios Nikitas is a charming little one-street village with...

    Agios Nikitas is a charming little one-street village with everything you need within walking distance. It has two or three grocery shops, a decent ice cream place, and two lovely souvenir shops (in May). We loved the variety and hospitality of its tavernas and cafes on the beach. Be aware that parking is not permitted in the town, so if you are coming by car, you will have to park on the main road.

    The Villa is absolutely perfect! It is so new, so clean, has all amenities you could ever need! It is built In a way to have a lot of privacy, calmness and comfort. The location is also incredible - it is very very quite, with the most beautiful views but just a few minutes walk from the town and the most beautiful beaches. We have already been in Lefkada several times, staying in different locations, but I don't think you could find a better location to stay than here! We will 100% be staying here again next time we come to Lefkada

    Great location, close to the Kathisma Beach, about 5min walk, with a staggering view to the sea. The phone signal was sometimes poor, but the wifi was pretty good. The studio has a small kitchenette, very usufull if you want to prepare soenthing in the room. You can have breakfast or any kind of meal at the restaurants on the beach, or simply go get some from the supermarkets in Agios Nikitas.
