A great value for money! Everything was new and crystal clean, the owner very responsive and kind! We got an upgrade to a larger room with amazing view, and complimentary Greek coffee in the morning!

Just a 19-minute walk from Trani Ammouda Beach and 1.2 miles from Ormos Panagias Beach, Olive Garden features accommodations in Agios Nikolaos, with a garden and barbecue facilities.

The houses are very suitable with lots of natural light, spotlessly clean , new and very comfortable. The villas are exactly like in the photos. The yard is big and very well taken care of. There is a very nice grill with outside dining area in the backyard. Very good location between Nikiti and Ormos Panagias- Vourvourou. Natalia and Giorgios were very pleasant ,always available with recommendations and anytime ready to help when we needed something. Thank you so much! We had a great time!

    A wonderful old village in Halkidiki.

    A wonderful old village in Halkidiki. Still, cars and cars everywhere so it is impossible to enjoy the atmosphere. Actually, the whole Halkidiki has started to be too crowded and noisy. The beahes nearby are beutiful but there is no place to put your umbrella. The roads are constantly jammed and traffic is terrible (esp. near Nikiti). The access to supermarkets is terrible and parking sometimes is close to impossible.

    Everything was great .

    Everything was great . The owner Maria, she is very warm, polite and very helpful. The apartment was as a nice size , very comfortable , clean and the kitchen have everything you need. The restaurants are 100 feet away. The super market is next door to the apartment. The beautiful beach of trani amoutha is only 5 minutes away. We are very happy by staying in Agios Nikolaos.

    The charming, narrow, cobblestone streets and the open, friendly people made our stay very pleasant. The surrounding hills full of olive trees in orderly rows was very soothing to the eyes and the best beach in the area, Train Ammouda, was only a 7-8 minute drive away.

    The village of Agios Nikolaos is a quiet, picturesque...

    The village of Agios Nikolaos is a quiet, picturesque village located around a five-minute drive from the sea. What makes it an adventageous location is the fact that from it you can easily access two bays that line Sithonia on two opposite sides. When there was a strong wind coming from the east, we went to the beach in Nikiti or Kalogria where the sea was as calm as a lake. When the wind was coming from the west we went to Trani Ammouda, where the water was calm. Every Friday there is a local market in the nearby town of Nikiti, where the prices of goods ranging from fruit and vegetables and fresh fish to clothes are super cheap.

    Classic greek village, with one central square filled with people having dinner in the evening. 10 minutes drive to Nikiti and about 15 minutes drive to Vourvourou area. Some good fish tavernas in Ormos Panagias port, at 10 minutes by car.

    Despite the fact that the village is not located near the beaches it is in the middle between east and west leg of Sithonia where you can drive to reach very nice beaches. It is a quiet, traditional village with a big central square with nice tavernas and live Greek music twice a week (one day is Friday).

    Very good value for money property. The owner was very kind and helpfull. Everything is working properly. You have everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook for you and your family, also a barbeque in the garden, very easy to use. You can walk to town, plenty of room for your car, and the location is great because you can go in the morning at the eastern part of the peninsula for the beaches, and in the afternoon on the western part so you can have a late stay on the beach.

    We liked everything! Very nice and spacious house. Location is perfect - house is easily accessible, and also a three minutes walk away from Agios Nikolaos center. Private car parking is provided. Good WiFi. Very nice BBQ place for an outdoor dinner. Place is spotless clean and good equipped. Hosts are so kind and welcoming, they definitely made us feel not like tourists, but like their own personal friends and guests. Thank you, Ritza and Apostolos, for your hospitality! Greetings! <3

    Everything was wonderful. House was big, it has 3 balcony. We really like it. Also it is in the city, every morning we walked in sweet city. It is near best beaches, it was so close. Every year we want to go Sunny place again. We feel like at home in there. Adriana and her husband are perfect people. They are so kind. Adriana also bought us traditional dessert. We all were so happy. Thank you for perfect holiday :)

    Really comfy apartment. Very close to the town center where all restaurants are and shops are. Parking spot right next to the terrace. The town is lovely. Xenia is fantastic host as well.
