My studio room on the ground floor opened out to a little verandah where I could walk straight out onto the footpath overlooking the harbour.
As I was there in mid October it was very quiet and all I could hear at night was the sea and an owl.
I'd especially like to mention the kind and friendly housekeeper.
Overall a great stay.
Overlooking the scenic port of Alonissos, Kavos Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with balconies. Rousoum Beach is just 600 metres away.

The view was brilliant, the room had a perfect size, with very comfortable beds, the balcony was incredible for hanging out in the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they are certainly a good reason to return to the same hotel just for them.

Breakfast was simple Greek, The area was very quiet, a shop and about 6 or 7 tavernas and a little beach and harbour, very quaint. 15 min walk away is the most idyllic beach and has a lovely beach bar too, very calm and relaxing, just lovely.
The 4-star Hotel Yalis is built in the countryside of Alonnisos, right beside crystal clear beaches, offering free Wi-Fi, free on-site parking and a swimming pool.
