Very good location, almost on the beach, next to the bust stop, cafes, restaurants, mini market.
From the balcony side sea-view.
Good sunshade and quiet air condition.
Kettle (and coffee) in the room - but no glasses.
Very kind lady preparing the rich breakfast.
Early check-in was not problem.
Our room was very quiet in September, almost no traffic at all on the street during the night.
(And Kini is a lovely place at all.)

Perfect for a beach holiday in Syrus. Although the apartment is at the road to Kini, it is very quite and only 5 Minuten to Kini beach. Everything is new and super clean. Loukia, John's Mum is lovely. Everyday she had a little detail for us: flowers, eggs, orange juice.
The view from the balcony is incredible and you also have a second outdoor space at the front: depending on the sun/heat you can choose your place to chill.
The kitchen is tiny and equppiped for basic meals: pasta, salads. Most of the time we ate out.
We stayed 10 nights and got to explore wonderful Syrus. At Loukias we felt like home.

Well located, just a short walk from Kini beach and some very good restaurants. There's an off-road parking space, a big patio and a little garden with a pizza oven & bbq to the side. The washing machine and wifi worked well.
Kini is a delightful small town. We visited in low season and still had the use of three excellent restaurants, one located ON the beach, which was our favorite spot for the holiday. The main joy was swimming with the many shoals of fish, so snorkel and mask are recommended.
The old part of the town is extremely scenic, with many small-holdings with goats, donkeys and 5000 cats to make friends with.
We were delighted by what Kini had to offer in late October, and it was a perfect low-season base outside Ermopouli. Well serviced by busses, Best to ask a local where they stop because it's not well signposted, but they are regular, prompt and cheap.

Kini is a small fishing town, only 20 mins by bus or taxi from the main port/city.
The bus leaves Kini once an hour, check the schedule at the centre of the strip and cost €2 and is very efficient and safe.
Kini itself is set up of approx 7/8 restaurants, 2 shops and a couple nice bars and a very good bakery called vitimin sea.
Very chilled and relaxed, not touristy like some of the other beaches and no music etc.
Would highly recommend visiting Kini for a more relaxed vibe and has the most incredible sunsets.

We were there right at the start of the season (May) and it was relatively quiet which we liked. Still there were plenty of cool beach bars with very comfortable loungers, great restaurants and cocktail bars. It had a really nice vibe. Transport links were good to get around the island and having seen a fair amount of Siros we think we chose a particularly nice area to stay.

Kini is great for family vacation, for a week max.
It has a nice beach, flooded with umbrellas and beach beds though, so if you like organised beaches, it's ideal.
It has a few taverns, with good food in reasonable places.
Ermoupoli and Ano Syros is quite close, about 15 minutes by car.

Kini was the perfect mix of Greek style beach resort and traditional village. Not too flashy but with many nice restaurants and an amazingly crystal clear beach. It is easy to walk around the whole village and beyond to other beaches nearby. We ate mostly in our villa but enjoyed meals on the beachfront at restaurants serving traditional Greek food at a good price. A great place to stay.

Winding roads crisscross this uniquely hilly Cyclades island, and here on the west coast you can find the best sunsets. The horseshoe cove of Kini beach is the main attraction IMHO having stayed here and travelled up the coastline (by boat to some quiet beaches) and down (by bus) on way round to the capital. With soft fine sand and just the right amount of tavernas and tourists to retain the Greek feel, it's a good place to stay for 3-5 days.

Great breakfast over looking the bay. Easy to get there by bus. Bus stops near by.
Quite a steep walk down to the bay but on the positive side we had a great view.
Very friendly family run business. Evening meals and drinks were available if you wanted to stay at the hotel. A few extra things like washing powder, clothes line and pegs, hob for cooking with all pans and crockery were available. The owner makes all the pastries along with the jam and honey. Definitely stay here again if we visited the island again.
Very warm, friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. Special call out to Dimitris who is amazing and a really lovely person. Christos the owner of the hotel group is also kind & welcoming! Bonus that you can enjoy facilities of sister hotel with private beach and complimentary beach beds. Wifi was strong in room enough for video calls. Hotel is peaceful with stunning views and a short walk down the hillside to Kini beach. Walk is fine assuming you are ok with hills and steps, but there is also a regular bus.
Blue Harmony is a small, clean, family run hotel with lovely rooms and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We loved the great choice for breakfast including home made jams, and eggs and honey from the owners chickens and bees.
The location right by the sea and tavernas is great.
We also find it very handy to have such easy access to the hourly bus to Ermoupoli and the villages south of Kini. (The bus stops in front of the hotel).
When I read the comments before booking Oro Suits, I hoped it would offer my husband and me a great experience. Honestly, it was much more than that! It was WONDERFUL! The brothers who own the place are beyond helpful and kind. They designed a hotel that is so charming, spotless, and comfy. Besides, they do whatever is necessary to make our stay pleasant. We highly recommend it and will for sure be back.
The location and cleanliness of these rooms was amazing, but the very best thing were the owners, Nikos and Maria. We stayed only one week but gained two lovely friends in a very short time. Highly recommend these rooms if you want to stay in Kini.
