A wonderful welcome from the staff eventhough they spoke little English.breakfast was freshly made and had all the Greek specialities like cheese pie ,ham and cheeses toasties, orange cake and custard pie.the owner went out of her way to help us and even drove me to her taverna at the bottom of the hill due to my breathing.we could choose our time fir breakfast.so obliging.there was an elevator and outdoor parking.we chose our own fish for tea and it was delightful overlooking the sea.

I am very sorry that I didn't stay for breakfast, but I was going to church. Hope my stay was very nice and I enjoyed it. Room was clean and very tidy. I wish I could stay another time here. It is very quiet location and nice place.

Apartment is big and the beds are very comfortable, lovely view looking across the sea.Kitchen is good too, you will need to take food, snacks with you as there is no shop. You get an excellent breakfast provided by the taverna next door with Georgia, we ate there in the evenings which was really good
We were out of season so it wasn't crowded. It appears to be an unadvertised gem of a place. We had a stunningly beautiful apartment for a week. Plenty of tavernas and stylish wine bars and cafes. Kinds of beaches to suit all tastes. You should go with a car to make the most of the surrounding area (visit the Koprena lighthouse and Koronisia). Wildlife wetlands close by (flamingos, pelicans, cormorants etc). The town itself is all contained in a very walkable area between a small fishing harbour and a barge wharf at the other end of the akti. Walk beyond the fishing harbour and marvel at the sedimentary rocks on the foreshore. Visit nearby Arta and its historic bridge - nice cafes by the river.
