This is a very nice location in Neos Marmaras. You have the vibe of the little town just outside the front door - and the staff was very helpful anf friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay 🙏🏼

The Management is always hands on, super helpful and friendly. The bungalows are very nice, the view is amazing and a very good breakfast. The staff are very nice, we where charged a bit more by mistake due to an amendment in the number of nights which I did, and the manager made sure to come and find us to refund the money. The decor of the outdoor area is very nice.

Featuring a terrace, casino and views of city, Pella Hotel - new is located in Neos Marmaras, 600 metres from Paradisos Beach.

The hotel was surprisingly good, it doesn’t look that good on the picture but it was. The balcony was spacious and the ladies that work there were so nice and helpful. They were changing the towels every day.

Clean room, 2 minute walk to the beach, and the restaurant was great value for money, and very nice food!! Would stay here again 😀

    Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be carefull when you choose location of your accomodation because some streets are very steep. On the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti you have several nice beaches, everything is very close to eachother. In Neos Marmaras you have enough shops and reastaurants and cafes.

    I was pleasantly surprised that the beaches we visited were not crowded at all, including those very close to Neos Marmaras itself. However, the most exciting and memorable part of our stay was a one-day boat rental. We drove to Vourvourou (ca. 30 km from Neos Marmaras) to start the boat trip. We booked the boat a day earlier by phone, but we realized later that there were several places that offered very similar vehicles (supposedly) for similar price.

    Beautiful city to visit full of life in summer.

    Beautiful city to visit full of life in summer. There is a tourist train that runs after 7pm in the evening allowing you to see the whole city. If you dine there, remember that the fish dishes are very expensive.

    Well appointed and well serviced, clean accommodation.

    Well appointed and well serviced, clean accommodation. The beach is an easy walk away. You can drive to it and park with ease, although parking back in the town - or close to the apartments - can be a challenge of a weekend. Patience is required to to tour the one-way system every now and again.

    Three small romantic ports in the town. Everything clean. Neighborhood but not too close to a giant hotel and resort facility. Food everywhere, prices low, traditional, european, streetfood etc. Small town, everything is reachable by foot. Many small super markets in town, bigger ones at the town limits. I would prefer a hotel or room not directly in the town center, because of my age. But for younger people it is ideal!

    Marmaras is a gorgeous little town.

    Marmaras is a gorgeous little town. It has numerous restorants, coffe shops, gift shops, etc. The town is very narrow and because of it, it is a bit difficult for walking but it has its natural charm.

    Akis is the host and he can help you find good spots to hang out based on what’s happening in the town when you visit. He is a wine connoisseur. Very accomodating and proactive, reaches out to you before the trip to offer assistance and guidance. Nice guy! Apartments are spaceous, excellent condition, centrally located, has parking, shops and restaurants are within 200m. Put this place at the top of your list for Neos Marmaras trip.

    The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new. The location is great, it is 4-5 minutes away from the center of the city. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊

    It's a beautiful apartment at the center of Neos Marmaras with enough space for a small family and a big balcony overlooking the port and the sea. It is clean, WiFi is spotless, there is even access to Netflix. The hosts were quite friendly and provided us with a welcome gift of Greek traditional products. There were also free drinks in the fridge. The beaches near Marmaras are fantastic we had a fabulous time there !

    Nice, cozy, big and clean apartement with a beautiful balcony offering a Seaview.It was very quiet too!The hostess was very friendly and gave us very useful information about things to do/eat around.We enjoyed our stay there.It is less than 10 minutes by car from the centre of neos Marmaras.
