Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be carefull when you choose location of your accomodation because some streets are very steep. On the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti you have several nice beaches, everything is very close to eachother. I was pleasantly surprised that the beaches we visited were not crowded at all, including those very close to Neos Marmaras itself. However, the most exciting and memorable part of our stay was a one-day boat rental. We drove to Vourvourou (ca. 30 km from Neos Marmaras) to start the boat trip. Well appointed and well serviced, clean accommodation. The beach is an easy walk away. You can drive to it and park with ease, although parking back in the town - or close to the apartments - can be a challenge of a weekend. Three small romantic ports in the town. Everything clean. Neighborhood but not too close to a giant hotel and resort facility. Food everywhere, prices low, traditional, european, streetfood etc. Small town, everything is reachable by foot. Many small super markets in town, bigger ones at the town limits. Marmaras is a gorgeous little town. It has numerous restorants, coffe shops, gift shops, etc. The town is very narrow and because of it, it is a bit difficult for walking but it has its natural charm.Guest review byGajic

Very accomodating and proactive, reaches out to you before the trip to offer assistance and guidance. Nice guy! Apartments are spaceous, excellent condition, centrally located, has parking, shops and restaurants are within 200m. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. It is clean, WiFi is spotless, there is even access to Netflix. The hosts were quite friendly and provided us with a welcome gift of Greek traditional products.
