Villa Markezinis is located in one of the most popular spots of Santorini, Perivolos black sandy beach.

The staff was extremely friendly, the interior and exterior spaces are very pleasant and well thought out, with tasteful design throughout and pleasant lighting - just like in the pictures. All the important (for my needs) equipment was available - parking, WiFi (that actually works well), air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, enough sockets which are well placed. There is also a pool area with jacuzzi which I didn't use since I only stayed for a short time.

The stay was like having a home in Santorini. Clean, beautiful and a perfect location. I walked with ease to the black sand beaches. They are immaculate for cleaning the place and it has far more character than a large, impersonal hotel. This is what defines "Luxury" and more of a personal invitation to a home. The hostess helped with hotel shuttle arrangements, dining at some of the most exquisite dining experiences. This place deserves 1000 stars!

Lovely and relaxing place, at a very short distance from the beach. The exclusive private jacuzzi is a plus. The staff is amazing, with a special mention for the Chef, Dimitrios, very professional and a special man. Well done to the management for keeping up the good work!

Atlantis Beach Villa enjoys a direct beachfront location on the unique black sandy beach of Perivolos.

Room was comfortable and clean, great location near the beach, nice pool and loved the beach service. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

    Super cute hotel near in walking distance to the beach. I missed my cruise ship and arrived in the middle of the night with no luggage. Staff was amazing and helped me with getting me necessities. Breakfast was very good.

    the location is not what it seams, it is just between the main road and other construction sites or empty fields, with no nice view. Overrated prices on booking.com compared with the reception prices or any other nice hotels even in Oia.

    A great range of restaurants - you never need to eat in the same place twice during your holiday. There is also a beach, with sunloungers for rental (between 10-25 Euros, for an umbrella with two sunbeds, depending on the vendor), watersports and local grocery stores.

    By far one of the best areas on the island to stay.

    By far one of the best areas on the island to stay. Quieter than Fira, but with easy bus access to any part of the island you want to go. The restaurants and beaches are great. Please don't leave this area without making the long walk (or ride) to the end of the beach road to eat at Lava Tavern. It had the freshest, best food I had on the island.

    Great area with good choice of restaurants and bars. Long beach and plenty of loungers for use of customers at the restaurants. Calm and relaxed area and walkable down to Perissa where there is a bigger choice of restaurants . Great area to stay in not too busy or touristy. You can walk the whole length of the beach in about 50 minutes there is also a little train for people who don’t want to walk. Very friendly area and felt very safe.

    I had a beautiful experience at White Note Luxury Suites, I have zero complaints. The jacuzzi was very nice. The suite was well cleaned, no dust. Very close to the beach and Mrs. Betty’s customer service was phenomenal. The inclusivity of services were great. The breakfast is phenomenal and the suite is very scenic with a mountainous background. Katerina was very generous, she guided and offered all the other services such as the rentals, yacht tours, and themed dinner sunset on the boat. I appreciated my stay very much!!

    Perivolos has the best beach I've seen in Santorini. It is sandy and doesn't have any big stones on the entrance to the water. It gets very deep in the water very fast. There are many lovely bars and restaurants, and it is easy to reach either by car or by bus from Fira. So it works perfectly for a full day of beach and sea experience.

    The place is really beautiful and in a very strategic position: it is a few meters from the beach of Perivolos and a few meters from the bus stop that allows you to reach many places. But what I want to emphasize in this review is the immense availability of Ritza and his staff and the kindness with which they welcome the customer. In my life I have really stayed in many places, but I have never found such kind and helpful people. Absolutely recommended for a stay in Santorini!

    Clean, spacious, nicely furnished, incredible view from our balcony, amazing swimming pool. Sooooo peaceful, coming back to this hotel after a busy day was a perfect end of day. The staff are all ABSOLUTELY LOVELY!! The location is also amazing, away from all the busyness near the beach front but also only 2 min walk away. Also nice touch as they are partnered with one of the restaurants on the beach so you get free sunbeds and 10% on al their menu:)

    Spotlessly clean, peaceful and very close to the beach. Our room was very clean and you had everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. This is a family run business and words can’t describe how well the place is looked after. I will definitely be revisiting this hotel,on my next holiday in Santorini,these apartments are a superb place to stay!well recommended

    The Perivolos Beach is saving our stay in 9 Muses, as hotel and neighborhood are terrible. What we liked in the hotel: - general layout of the pool space, the pool bar and the restaurant - regular service around the pool bar & the restaurant - rooms were clean - bathroom with shower very convenient - the Gym space with state of the art bathrooms
