The room, featuring high ceiling for a sense of spaciousness, was very clean and comfortable, and had a balcony. The beds struck the perfect balance between comfort and support, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The family run hotel had a unique, relaxing vibe, and was very quiet. I felt my visit was genuinely appreciated. This isn't a place where they try to cram as many people per square meter as possible - you can truly breathe here. It completely exceeded my expectations for a three-star hotel. The breakfast was basic yet satisfying, with the Greek yogurt nicely paired with fresh fruits and honey. A special mention goes to the eggs, which came from hens raised right on the property. Aside from the relatively simple breakfast, this hotel offers a four-star experience. With only ~20 rooms, the wonderful pool is never packed with people. The large parking area is shaded in the morning, preventing the car from heating up. This place had everything I needed for my stay on Crete and served as a great base for traveling around, especially to the southern beaches which are just a 30-40 minute drive. Highly recommended.

Friendly and wonderful staff. Hotel was modern and had all the ameneties required for a great vacation. Food and drink was also really good. Good mix of food and many Greek alternatives. Beach was short walk and really nice.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Lily who had freshly baked moussaka in the oven and other fresh baked goodies, fruit, coffee, water, bread, jams, cookware, utensils, juicer...you get the picture. Immaculate and well equipped house owned and managed by a warm and generous individual. High quality finishings and furnishings. Beautiful gardens and pool area. All around great accomodations. We seldom return to the same vacation spot, but Lily's will be an easy exception to make.

This was not our first stay at one of Lily’s properties nor will it be the last. Crete is our favorite island and this is our favorite place to stay. When you arrive, you will take in the breathtaking views of the sparkling Aegean just beyond the small village below. You will be greeted by Lily who will show you around the lush poolside gardens and through the house, acquainting you with its many amenities. The house is meticulously clean, beautiful inside and out, and extremely comfortable. (Oh, those luxurious beds!). It is very thoughtfully equipped. Lily seems to have anticipated your every need and if you have special requests, she is always available to help. Lily loves Crete. She knows it’s ancient history and geography. She can recommend sites to visit, places to eat, the best beaches and mountain vistas. She can arrange excursions. It is said the Greeks invented hospitality and Lily seems out to prove it. She is warm, energetic and dedicated to seeing that every one of her guests experience their unique idea of a perfect vacation. You can book this property with total confidence.
